Our Oasis!!

We love this place!!!! This is our second year visiting this unit and it definitely won't be our last. The location is perfect and the views are amazing. Perfect family friendly unit with all the amenities you could ask!

Fantastic place to stay!

It was just perfect for us! Two pools, a hot tub, easy access to the beach and a balcony to view at all! I had had hip surgery and was in a walker so I wasn’t able to go all day every day. But I can sit on the balcony and watch my family in the pool and on the beach. Then when I was ready, I could go join them because it was all right there. Easy access to restaurants and activities. I also like that the parking was gated. I’ll stay there again.

Nice getaway

Place was big enough for our whole family, we enjoyed our stay. Great view. We did have a few minor issues but the property manger sent someone over immediately to resolve. There wasn’t a few essentials in the kitchen (potholders and frying pans (ones there were peeling and not usable)…so we bought those things and just left them there.

Amazing Beach View

This property has it all! Pools, hot tubs, quick access to the beach, three bedrooms, two bathrooms! The only thing I would say is it has no staples in the kitchen. I'm used to the kitchen at least having salt and pepper, but there was nothing. But a quick trip to the remedy! This property is close to restaurants, there's an amazing dolphin boat tour or you can go on that's very close, all in all, fantastic!

The stay was lovely, quiet and enjoyed by all. Loved the different things our kids could do between Phoenix 1-4 We had a clogged toilet that needed some extra help. They came 2 times to help with 2 different toilets

Great location, clean, super small bathrooms

Pros - great location, smaller resort that wasn't overcrowded, great views, plenty of towels, travel size toiletries and clean! Cons - extremely small bathrooms, not idea for 9 people, there are no extra pillows or blankets (full size beds had one pillow, sofa bed had no blanket or pillows just sheets).. we did send beachball properties a message and they sent these items the next day. I would say kitchen is stocked with bare minimum and this was the first condo we have been to that had absolutely zero spices, salt, pepper, etc. Bunk beds are extremely squeaky, anytime someone moved it wake you up, older TV's except in master.. not that big of deal but our kids love watching Netflix etc going to bed.

New Year 2012

We had a great stay at this property. The bedrooms were very roomy and comfortable. The condo is located very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment. The indoor pool was awesome for a winter stay It is located with easy beach access and beautiful views from inside condo and balcony. We were there for New year and enjoyed the firework exhibits from the balcony. We would definitely like to stay here again

Overall satisfactory facility

Clean rooms, easy check in. Could use some more silverware pasta strainer, few little kitchen things. But overall it would have been five stars had the kitchen been stocked better.

Kitchen wasn't furnished well, No pot holders, old skillets, top bunk beds wasnt made, couch was old and dirty, but we enjoyed our time .

Great location but needs improvements on coffee pot , carpet and furniture old bathroom shower curtains has mold on them in master bathroom, bunk beds do not sleep well mattress not good on either bed. But still a fair place to stay

Not a bad stay

Everything was wonderful except batteries being dead in remote controls in the bedrooms. We had to buy new batteries so children could watch TV. But all in all it was a very nice and clean place and I would stay again!

Overall good stay

We had a great stay overall. The only real complaint would be that it needs a good deep clean. The baseboards had noticeable collected hair and dirt/dust build up. A few more kitchen utensils would have been nice. The pans stuck pretty bad and couldn't seem to find a pair of scissors. The location was great as well as beach access. The pools were well maintained and clean! We would stay again.

Great stay free outrageous on a holiday weekend

Great stay other than cleaning crew still there when we checked in. Property manager was very responsive and the condo was perfect for our group, parking was an issue. 55$ per vehicle with a max of two and the others had to be parked across the street in a vacant lot which was inconvenient. Over all stay was enjoyable but the fees were outrageous making the daily rate too high😯

I just dnt understand why you would rent a three bedroom condo but only allow two cars to park. That is a big problem But it all worked out

Family vacation

My family had a great time at the 4035 condo! Ran across a few issues but maintenance took care of everything promptly.. the only issue that we had was the security guard coming around and making a big deal about the wrist bands.. while my entire family respects the wristband rule however when he made my 15 year old granddaughter remove hers from her ankle and put on her wrist, to us that was clearly him showing authority.. this was a tall slender guy that spoke with an accent. Otherwise, everything was wonderful

Very attentive pool, ground and housekeeping staff. In regards to kitchen supplies a pot holder would have made cooking safer. I have always cooked most of our meals and always request a well stocked kitchen. The nonstick fry pan has coating coming off. Nonbreakable drink ware would be nice for the small children. I have always brought our own nonbreakable cups plates and bowls for the family as I have learned that condos never provide these. The frustration is that I called and was assured that it was well stocked. There was not even 11 glass glasses. The condo is overall starting to show wear. The porch furniture was awesome
