Phoenix VI (Location, Location, Location) has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and wide white-sand beaches on its south side, and to the north is Cotton Bayou. It is close to wonderful restaurants (10 within ½ mile), great grocery stores, drug stores, shops, beauty salons, and medical facilities. It's within walking distance of two marinas as well.

Phoenix VI has indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor racquetball court, an exercise room, saunas and hot tubs. Additionally, it has lighted, outdoor tennis courts and an outdoor basketball goal.

The lobby features a television, a sitting area with a library, and game tables.

Condo 61202 at Phoenix VI is a one bedroom, one bath unit that sleeps four on the 12th floor; it has 9-foot ceilings with crown molding. It is comfortably and eloquently furnished with large tile flooring, 2 flat-screen TV's and DVD players and a well-equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has new mattress set. The living room, dining room and kitchen have a view of the beach and Gulf. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo. The private balcony has a table and four chairs. To the east is a view of the swimming pool and Perdido Pass, to the south the beach and Gulf, to the west over two miles of beach and Gulf.
