The recent upgrades in the kitchen, living area, dining area, and master bedroom include a Hoshizaki undercounter ice maker, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and new furniture. This condo sleeps 10.
· Living area, with gorgeous views overlooking the Gulf, features a queen sofa sleeper, 2 swivel-glider recliners, 75” flat screen QLED 4K UHD Smart Roku TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and Bluetooth stereo system.
· Kitchen is fully equipped including a Hoshizaki undercounter ice maker that makes up to 51 pounds of ice per day, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a unique custom-built ceiling.
· Dining area has a table seating six and a kitchen bar that seats five.
· Master bedroom features a king size bed, 60" flat screen television, DVD player, and direct balcony access with unmatched views. You can even take in the view from the ensuite jet tub!
· 2nd bedroom has two full size beds and a flat screen television.
· 3rd bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen television.
· All three bathrooms include a combination shower and tub.

Booked through Brett Robinson don’t know why I’m getting emails from Vrbo. Stayed one night parking garage is very dark. Major pool renovation going on. Pool is gone with just dirt and construction material and equipment. Elevators broken In parking garage. Front desk for Brett Robinson was lacking and frankly a joke. Property is dirty and no carts to hall items to your room. When asked about beach access the employee laughed and said he thinks it’s by the dog walk but could not verify. Next morning called front desk due to balcony work going on next to our unit and was told we must speak to property manager Beverly. After walking down and speaking with her she helped in assisting us to relocate to another property. We were switched to the Phoenix 5. But it was not a 3 bed/3 bath. It was just a 3 bed/2 bath. Decided to pay more and just stay at better property the Phoenix West. Staff at the West are always top notch. Robinson lacked in the customer service they are known for this trip. Several previous trips we were called and moved when construction was happening at a property. Major lack of communication this time. We were here after Sally and was moved several times before arriving due to property issues.
