This is an absolutely beautiful property. Description of property can’t do it justice. Must see. Amenities and accommodations are wonderful. Very friendly and user friendly property manager/owner.

Family Beach Stay

The house and location were perfect. Only down side was the rude people at next door restaurant literally standing at our fence looking at us while we were in pool or relaxing on deck. A better barrier would be nice.

Property was as advertised. Beautiful home. Easy access to the beach. Plenty of space. Elevator was a god send. Say a few palmetto bugs on the kitchen griddle.

Amazing vacation home!

This house is beautiful and it was very clean! Top notch appliances with separate ice maker! Very comfortable accommodations. Large rooms, great kitchen. But the view is the seller. With all windows on the gulf side and private boardwalk to the beach, it was worth every penny!

Great house and location

The house was beautiful and stocked nicely. The Kurig coffee maker didn’t work but there was another upstairs we used instead. There is a restaurant right next door that I was afraid would be loud but it was never a problem. We even ate there twice! The only drawback with this house was the size of the dinning table. It was way too large to be a good game table.

Sapphire Bluff

First day -no A/C on main floor. 5 cockroaches in the home in addition to other bugs. Rodent/roach feces on kitchen counter behind blender, and most disappointing was realizing top floor bathroom shower had no window covering and people at the restaurant next door could see us showering. NO legitimate response from management aside from automated messages. For the price, very disappointed in their lack of concern. Did send a bug guy and said we didn’t need to be there, who then said he couldn’t come in without an adult. Who, tho, thinks it’s ok to randomly schedule services when we’re not there, with purses, wallets, jewelry and such in the home? I repeatedly asked to speak with someone, to no avail. No response to texts or calls.

Perfect family getaway Home

The house is beautiful and in a great location. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and we were all very comfortable. We had an issue with the keys not working so management had to bring out keys so we waited about 25 min while it was raining. Other than that, we had a fabulous time and would rent again.
