Beautiful & well equipped

Our BFF weekend didn’t disappoint. The condo unit was great. Clean, amenities were great & the added touches of body lotion, shampoo & stuff were a pleasant surprise in the cute labeled bottles. We will be back & hopefully this unit will be available.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation!

The condo was wonderful! Easy access to the beach. The pool was so nice! The rooms and beds were great. The condo itself, was easy to get in and out of- parking, elevator. The view was stunning! We will be back.

We Love this condo!

Perfect getaway!

The unit was clean and cozy! Communication with the property manager was great. Perfect location - few minutes to get to the beach and most of the restaurants were a few minute drive away. Would stay here again!

Best Stay to date

Condo was by far, the cleanest we have experienced. Nice little touches throughout the place. No noise from any neighbors. Pool was beautiful. Just a nice, relaxing experience with beautiful views! Stephanie was a joy to work with!!!!

Great Condo, Amazing view

We stayed a long weekend. The condo was newly renovated. The owners were amazing, helped and answered questions in a timely fashion. Location was perfect, Fin and Feathers is a great recommendation!

Nice condo with easy acces to pool and beach

The condo had everything we could need for Spring Break vacation on the beach. Beautiful view of the ocean right from the patio. Close to the elevator for quick access to the parking lot or beach/pool. Arcade for the kids and a nice seafood restaurant right across the street.

Mostly happy!

Our property was very clean and well taken care of. The property manager let our baby gear rental person set up before we arrived which was a huge help! The unit was very obviously ready well before 4 pm check in and this was my first experience with a beach rental where they wouldn’t allow early check in. The unit was generous with linens, dish soap and hand soap, but did not offer any dish/laundry pods despite having a labeled spot for them. Our only issue was that the trashcan provided did not have a lid. This was especially irritating with a toddler. We had to take the trash out once half full and of course had to supply our own trash bags (the unit provided two but of poor quality). At times the dumpster was inconvenient to get to because the elevator by our unit was frequently requiring servicing.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this property! Super clean, beautiful view, gorgeous pools, top notch security, check-in process was a breeze and check-out process was even better! Fully stocked with everything we may have needed. Super easy access to everything. Loved dealing with the property manager (she made everything so easy for me - very helpful. Thanks again!) Good value except for...

The first picture in the gallery shows the condo next door in the background of the pool, a little subtle deception? I dont know but just know what is pictured behind the pool is a newer complex next door on the beach and not the complex you'll be staying in. The experience was diminished because the cleaning crew did not clean the property well before we got there. It appeared clean when we first walked in but quickly realized the lousy job the cleaning crew did: Clumps of sand on the grey couch, soda stain on the floor in front of the grey couch. The floors were only lightly swept. The rug and door mats were filthy and clumps of sand on the balcony. I understand the environment is sandy but this was negligence. Also, your tan couch stinks very badly, couldn't lay down on it because the smell was overwhelming. I wasnt about to call and get some lazy crew back out there to angrily clean the place so we just cleaned it ourselves. Now that I've said the negative... I will praise the condo for it's value and location. The pool and beach access was nice even though it was not actually against the beach. The beds were comfortable (firm mattresses). The kitchen and appliances were nice and stocked better than most. After we cleaned the place we really did enjoy our time there. Thanks and I hope my blunt honesty is not found offensive.

This is a wonderful and comfortable condo with fantastic Gulf view from spacious balcony

We stayed at this property in May, 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It is clean, comfortable, and has a very well equipped kitchen. We spend lots of time on the balcony and cooking in the kitchen so it fits our needs perfectly. The fact that the second bedroom has its own bathroom is an extra plus. My sister loves this. I must also mention the living room furniture is very comfortable and adequate for three people to sit in the evening. This property is top of our list for beach vacations.
