Great!

We had a little trouble in the beginning getting in our condo because they gave us the wrong code, but they resolved the issue quickly & we were able to get in. We were not disappointed! Everything was super clean, we loved that we had easy and quick beach access, too. Parking was a little tricky but was fine.

Worst vacation experience

We love the gulf shores but this listing is dishonest. The property is unsafe during this construction. VACASA was not helpful. We requested to be moved as soon as we realized how loud and bright it is inside the condo but VACASA refused to help us. The people answering the phones at VACASA were kind but on our last day I was harassed on the phone by a man who claimed to be the general manager.

Overall stay was pretty pleasant. Condo building is older and out dated. Elevators are very slow and rickety. Condo unit itself could use a few updates. Chair was kinda broken when we arrived and was afraid to recline it. Condo didn’t provide coffee so bring your own. They don’t allow you to hang your towels on the balcony and there are no towels racks or hooks. Pillows weren’t comfortable. No extra blankets for beds.

Needs some TLC

Need a facelift and a very good cleaning, There was mildew in the showers, top of refrigerator was filthy, lint dust beside and behind refrigerator, door to the unit rusty and needed painting, beach shower area not maintained very well, comforter on main bed not clean. Rusty shower rods and tissue holders.. Just not well maintained.. You are also hit with a parking fee at the last minute.

The property was ok, the cleaning staff wasn't very thorough as we found an obviously dirty towel shoved in a drawer and some of the bedding was a bit worn. Overall, clean and ok- but not super impressive. Also, when we checked in the keys were not in the lockbox. Thankfully the cleaning staff hadn't locked the door so we were able to enter the property and the keys were on the counter. There was no property book which usually has helpful information like how to contact people, etc... so we just let it go and had a nice weekend.
