    Welcome to your dream beach escape! Located on the 5th floor of the highly sought-after Phoenix East complex, this completely remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers modern comfort, unbeatable amenities, and breathtaking views of the Gulf and Perdido Pass.

    Step into a beautifully updated space featuring custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and all-new appliances in the fully equipped kitchen—perfect for home-cooked meals after a day in the sun. Relax in the spacious living area with brand-new furniture and a 70” SMART TV, or step outside to the private balcony perched above the outdoor pool and soak in the stunning coastal views.

    With sleeping accommodations for up to 8 guests, including two king beds and twin bunk beds, this condo is perfect for couples, families, or small groups. Each bedroom includes its own 40” SMART TV and luxurious new furnishings. The master suite offers direct access to a private bathroom and serene ocean views.

    Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Two things.We rented two umbrella sets for the whole week. People came and put up store bought umbrellas in front of us. We could not see the ocean.Also, the room above us was very loud all week. Other than that we had an excellent stay.

Perfect in every way!

We had 4 adults and 2 boys age 7 and this condo was perfect! It was fully stocked with everything you need to cook, extra linens and cleaning supplies. The location is perfectly located where you are in the heart of Orange beach and next to Florabama - Florida line. We enjoyed everything about our stay and the Owners have left nothing undone! There are also many games and toys for the family! Well done!
