Situated on the twenty-fourth floor of tower D of Turquoise Place overlooking the beach and the Gulf of Mexico, this remarkable water-side condo is the pinnacle of luxury. This spacious & coastal furnished penthouse condo provides the perfect getaway experience for any family, friend group, or corporate retreat. The living room and dining room create breathtaking views of the beach & the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a double door, stainless steel refrigerator and freezer combo, stacked microwave and oven, a sleek stove top range, toaster, and coffee maker. Mix up drinks from the wet bar that features an ice maker, blender, and wine cooler. Step out onto the private balcony & cook dinner on the stainless steel grill, then slip into your private hot tub with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This penthouse condo, sleeping 14, has 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The Master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, and a breathtaking view of the Gulf. The adjacent master bath has a spa jet tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.
The first guest bedroom features a King-sized bed, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom.
The second guest bedroom features a Queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom.
The third guest bedroom features a Double bunk bed and twin bunk bed, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom.
While staying in this lavish unit, you'll have access to Turquoise Place amenities such as the Lazy River, Direct Beach access, endless pools, tennis courts, and more. Check in time starts at 4pm and check out time is 10am.

Great few problems

Beautiful place, comfortable beds and bathrooms. Problems with room keys working all trip, hot tub only worked one day, grill took some time to get working but overall I would recommend as long as those problems are solved. We were not too worried because we stayed down at the beach majority of time.

Great property!

Loved everything about it. It appeared that it was recently painted. The walls has NO scuffs or dents and looked so clean. The only things missing were towel holders in the bathrooms and there were no hairdryers. Other friends in other condos in the same tower had a hairdryer in every bathroom. Furniture was different than in the pictures so I assume the new paint/new furniture was very recent. All very nice!

Many amentities not listed were closed. Room was dirty, walls terribly scuffed and multiple wires hanging out of wall from TV. No staff at desk in building D as it was closed and C building staff leave by 6 pm. Maintenance issue with AC and confusion over who was to come fix it. Wrong phone numbers for help per the security staff at The Caribe which is the nunbwe we were given

Lamps in master did not work, other outlets throughout condo did not work, freezer and refrigerator door was stuck and we couldn’t always open, some furniture was broken (bench in middle room), no running water Sunday morning when everyone needed a shower.

Family Spring Break

We loved this unit in Orange Beach. The best was the heated lazy river, indoor pools, well stocked kitchen, and outdoor pools and beach toys and chairs that were left in the closet. Kids enjoyed the tennis courts and being walking distance to the fishing boardwalk near the inlet. The minor negatives included zero hooks to hang towels up and zero places to put soap or shampoo anywhere but the floor of showers. We also had the unfortunate timing of the hot tubs being closed during our stay do to a break out of some kind. We would have liked 3 parking passes, but the church option worked well. The appliances were somewhat temperamental, as it took the over forever to heat, but we managed without incident. Overall, we hope to return and would definitely try to return to this unit!

Labor Day Getaway

Going to the beach on Labor Day weekend has become a tradition for my family. This rental was above and beyond all other places we have stayed. It's hard to find somewhere that fits 11 people, but this one was perfect.

Never Again

At check in we went up to the room and cleaning ladies were still cleaning. We had to wait 45 mins in the hallway with all our luggage and 2 kids under 5. Walked in and humidifiers and shop fans were in the hall and bathroom. A flood happened and to prevent mold they had these going the entire time of our stay. Boards with nails were exposed in the bathroom and pantry it was a mess. All they offered me back was $700 off my stay which wasn’t even the cost of 1 night, I fought the front desk at both places the entire time of my stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS CONDO OR FROM CARIBE - BOOK THROUGH SPECTRUM. Worst condo I’ve stayed at and we visit Turquoise Place yearly! Horrible beyond Horrible !
