Great location! Mildly unclean. Minimal basic supplies. Unaware of parking fees.

Pros: Great location. Great pools, beach access, & balcony. Perfect size condo for a larger family! Cons: • Unaware of additional 70 parking fee until receiving the “welcome” text.• My first time in 10 years of using Venmo/Airbnb that I had to buy basic supplies to get through a 4 day stay. Given 1 towel per person, ONE 1-ply small toilet paper per bathroom, ONE 1-ply small paper towel, 2 small thin trash bags but expected to take all trash out.Be prepared to buy trash bags, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, & bring your own bath towels/rags/soaps. • Condo was not the cleanest. Utensils weren’t clean. There were half empty water bottles in the dish cabinet & other things like hair ties in the floor left behind from previous guests. It seemed someone forgot to vacuum. The carpeted steps are stained with dirt badly.• Remote to upstairs TV did not work • Exterior of building is the least appealing, oldest building on the strip. We were nervous we had been scammed because the exterior did not match the pristine listing images of the interior of the condo. The interior was mostly accurate but you wouldn’t imagine it on your way up which is fine.• But we received a warning note because one of the kids hung a beach towel over the balcony to dry. A bit cheeky to be so quickly strict given the not-so-strict up-keeping of the unit & building.I know this is a newer VRBO at my time of booking (August 2025) so these cons are very well fixable for the future.
