We had a beautiful view and the beach was wonderful. My only complaint is that the condo itself is dirty and not well maintained.

Great Get Away

Walking distance to several great restaurants (Across the Street). Nice property. 1st floor so no Elevator waiting, but there is a flight of stairs to get to the unit with no ramp, so check in and check out you could not use a luggage cart to your room.

Disappointed

Not sure why this listing has a 'premium rating'. Dirty from the front door (which was disgustingly filthy) through most of this unit. Things broken. Carpet was visibly dirty. (Was leary of renting a unit with carpet) Garbage disposal apparently had something metal in it. Laundry space was missing a door and it was filthy in the area. Kitchen faucet was barely attached to the sink. Pans in kitchen were dirty. Master bath shower doors were nasty and shower drain had hair from previous guests still in it. When we first walked in the door, there was a strong smell of soured towels. We finally figured out it was the garbage and bags of dirty towels from the other units that were left in the common area outside the door for 24 hours. I had to call and have someone remove them and clean the shower. We would have used the dehumidifier but there was so much dirt clumped on the filter that we didn't. Last, but certainly not least, the mattress in the master bedroom was absolutely the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Worst sleep ever. I understand the owner probably doesn't realize the condition this until it is, but it needs some serious attention. Although this isn't related to the unit's cleanliness, I hated the fact that the units on the first floor are only accessible by stairs. Not many, but when you are carrying a bunch of luggage it is not ideal.

Love the location

Place was great. Wish I had booked a bigger condo we really needed more beds. Sofa sleepers are rough on a back.

Relaxing

Our stay was great and just what we needed. The unit was clean and well stocked. Parking was easy even though I have a large truck. Only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.
