Overall our family stay was good. I have been to previous condos and I must say this one was well cleaned! When we arrive two of the lightbulbs in the bedrooms were out & maintenance came over the next day to replaced. We had lamps in the room so not a biggie. The condo says it sleeps 10, false. It only sleeps 8 and no pull out sleeper sofa. The dinning table needs to be replaced most of the legs are loose. The couches are really hard and can use an upgrade. Some electrical outlets in the living room are loose , careful with little ones. A day before leaving the light bulb in living room went out but we didn’t bother in reporting since that was our last night there. Being on the first floor was such a nice perk with easy access to the pool and beach. One very important thing the sliding door is super hard to close. It only had a handle on the inside and regardless you have to pull super hard to get it to shut close. If you have little one be careful as there is a ledge at the sliding door that can be a big fall waiting to happen. Stagger showers as the hot water runs out by like the 3-4 person. Although there was some cons the condo cleanness made it worth it. VHC please look into these issues and your condo will be perfect.
