We had a mini family reunion and, while the weather didn't cooperate, we really enjoyed our stay. The beach and pools are great. The condo is very large and the views were spectacular. Communication with the host was outstanding.

Great Family Getaway

Wonderful property! Clean, well laid out, large balcony with beach views (even from all the bedrooms) as advertised. Great amenities in addition to the beach. Loved the choices of adult or family pool, Fabulous Lazy River and slide. Didn’t need to use the indoor pool but it’s a great option to have. Alabama Getaway was GREAT! Our flight was delayed & our adult children were able to check in without me being there. Loved The Oasis at Orange Beach and will be back.

BEAUTIFUL! Just bring your own pillows.

Beautiful property with STUNNING views of the ocean in each room. Property was pristinely clean when we arrived, and each room was just as listed online. My only issues are check in is very late while check out is early, and the pillows are horrible & beds are alright. 2 of us had very bad neck aches. So make sure to not forget your pillow! Besides that, the amenities are wonderful, the wrap around balcony is stunning, and I would stay here again!! Easily slept 10 people. Great staff to connect with. They helped us when we forgot something. 10/10 would recommend this property again and again!

Brown Family Vacation

The property was just as listed! Beautiful views from every room! The balcony was amazing, but since we were there in January, the coldest week of the year, we couldn't sit out there long because it was chilly. There was everything needed to cook meals and plenty of seating to enjoy them. The only 2 issues we had which were minor were as follows: the Keurig didn't get coffee hot enough and the plug for the electric recliner was nowhere to be found! They did have a second coffee pot so we used that one instead. I only wanted to use the recliner once the whole time we were there so that was no biggie. The elevator and parking were not bad like some other reviews stated. This is our 3rd trip to Phoenix West II and have enjoyed this facility and all they have to offer.

The unit was spacious and wonderful views from each furnished room. The one thing we found frustrating was the amenities were not available every evening the full time listed they would be. This after already being disappointed of no indoor pool use (we’d been made aware of that about 2 wks before trip). It was a vacation and the family wanted to enjoy every minute, so we did all we could off site or on the beach during the days…so not having access/light to the game room in evenings was annoying to some in our family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was just as described. The pillows were a little flat for my liking but otherwise beds were comfortable. Would be nice if there were beach chairs people could use for a couple hours when Ike’s Beach Service is closed. We would stay again!

Beautiful location

We enjoyed our spring break stay in this beautiful condo. The view was absolutely unbeatable from every window in the unit. The microwave stopped working shortly after we arrived, and the property manager was quick to get a substitute for us. Amazingly responsive! Loved everything about this place. We will definitely be back!

I was under the impression that the parking was free for 2 vehicles. When I got there they charged me 35 dollars per vehicle for a pass. Parking is not free.

Perfect spot!

The condo was gorgeous and well suited to our needs. Parking was easy and close to elevators. Large heated indoor pool with hot tubs, outdoor pool and lazy river were not heated because we were there in the off season. Steps to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and shops nearby. A few within walking distance, but not many. Calls for help with technical issues and missing household items were answered within 24 hours. We would return to this unit without question.
