Perfect Stay

The location and the room were perfect. The property has Everything a family can need on a beach fun vacation. The rooms were extremely nice and clean and the staff were excellent. My only complaint was the WiFi wasn’t working as it should and no devices could connect but that was small in comparison to how great everything was.

Great beach getaway!

Perfect property for a family getaway! Amazing views! The location is ideal and every detail is thought of. The condo is spacious and luxurious with a very well appointed kitchen.

September Stay

We really enjoyed this property and all the amenities available right there onsite. The condo was beautiful, amazing views and everything we wanted and needed! Kitchen is stocked with many utensils and basic pots/pans which was great as we like to cooked breakfast and kunch. I prefer more cookware as we have many too cook for but for a condo on the beach we made it work! Our 2 year old loved the splash pad, slide and pools and the adults enjoyed having the pools, hot tubs and adults only areas! Will definitely be back!

Vacation to remember!

We had a great time and the condo was excellent. The air did go out first day and waited to call it in til the second day. They had it fixed by the afternoon. Highly recommend this condo and will be back!

Great Outdoor Furniture

Cons: 1. Upon arrival we had to wait at least 45 minutes for an elevator. It was like playing musical chairs to be able to jump on one with enough room to fit a buggy or luggage or a person honestly. It would have been beneficial to have a condo on the first through 12th floor so we could park on the floor we stayed on. OR more elevators to choose from. 2. There was a random shrimpish smell when we arrived in our condo. It came and went sporadically throughout our stay. We didn’t want to have to request another cleaning job from management bc it would have hindered our short vacay. The floors could have used a better mop job. Pros: 1. The condo had great furnishings. The beds were sturdy and not cheaply made. 2. The kitchen/bar area had plenty of dishes, bowls, pots and pans. They were of decent quality. 3. The patio furniture was outstanding. I’ve stayed at Phoenix west II and Phoenix west multiple times and this was hands down the best patio furniture. 4. Loved having the lazy River and slide as an option for the children after a day on the beach.

This place was very nice, and a decent value. We enjoyed the ocean views and the upscale feel of the place. My biggest complaint was the Bose speakers were not working (#FirstWorldProblems), even after putting in a service call.

We’ve been coming here for years and this facility was the best yet.

So stoked about this awesome resort. Far met our expectations and our condo was amazing. From the security guy that greets you to the sweet lady at the check in desk all rate 5 stars in our book. We had 11 family members and had so much room. The late nights and early morning family time on the balcony accommodated us all very well. Beach service was very reasonable with great staff. The lazy river and the slide was a big hit for cooling off after hours of building sand castles. I highly recommend this condo and for sure Phoenix West II. No doubt one of my families best ever getaways. Very Satisfied!

Perfect condo with amazing gulf views!

This was our second year to stay at Phoenix West II, but our first time to stay in #2402. Let me just say that it was wonderful! The unit was decorated beautifully and huge for our family of 3. We had plenty of room with much left to spare. We spent plenty of time in the indoor pool and the lazy river. We tried to enjoy time in the gulf, but the first half of our stay had a red flag and the waves were way too strong. The second half of our trip had a yellow flag so we spent a little time in the salt water, but always ventured back to the lazy river. This is a great condo and a wonderful unit! We will definitely be back!
