This condo had an incredible view and was perfect in every way. Loved that it was dog friendly and enjoyed seeing dogs on the property. Beds were comfortable and space was very clean. Would definitely stay here again!!

Enjoyable and relaxing

Suite 801 was just what my wife and I needed. It had plenty of shopping and restaurants very close by, and being a top floor, corner condo, and having a great view of the gulf and beaches were awesome. We had a couple of rainy days to start our vacation, and the place was very comfortable to just hang out and do nothing. One of the more relaxing condos that we have stayed at in several years. Will definitely try and get this place in the future.

Beautiful and comfortable unit (the beds and pillows were perfect), updated kitchen and bathrooms, beautiful ocean views from almost evvery room, amazing and comfortable patio, good parking, small complex, close to restaurants and shopping, only a few steps to the white sandy beach!

Top floor great view

Spacious and clean. Great for pets. Issues need attention: there was no information sheet with gate code for beach and pool entry. The tv’s had weird remotes with no instructions on how to operate, what channels, etc. two towels for the guest bath is a bit sparse?

Gorgeous condo. Best view.

You can’t beat the view! The condo was perfectly clean and all the finishings looked brand new like it has been recently renovated. If you’re questioning the quality of this one because it’s a better price than others go ahead and book this one. It did not disappoint. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even better in person, which was a pleasant surprise.

We were skeptical after reading some of the reviews but hopeful things were different. After arriving, we wish we listened more. The view was great. It was nice to be able to see the ocean, beach and people watch from the balcony. Even caught a great lightning storm at night. Unfortunately there were several things that made our stay, unpleasant. The floors were so dirty that our feet were legit black in the first hour. There was nothing there that we could use to clean the floors with ourselves (not even and a broom and dustpan to pick up any crumbs). When you turn on the light in the kitchen, you see all the insects that are in there. And it’s not like a couple from the last few months or anything, but you can tell that hasn’t been changed or cleaned in years. And believe all the reviews about the elevators. There are two but only one works and is extremely slow if even operational (which is wasn’t upon our departure). The best part (sarcasm) was when we got a knock on the door from the exterminator that was there to spray for roaches as the guest before us complained about them. I totally understand preventative maintenance, etc. but to be there during our stay without any kind of communication was really what put this into a disappointing experience.

Girls Beach Trip

Everything waa great...six adult women with plenty of room. Was surprised that there wasnt a baking sheet though. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definite book this one again.

Beautiful views

Great place with large sliding doors and big windows. We kept the doors open to the balcony open the whole time. Wonderful breeze from the gulf blowiing through. Will stay there again.
