Not pleased

I was lead to believe this unit was a five bedrooms with five and half baths. However It was four bedrooms with four bathrooms. So the advertisements was falsely promoted. I was assured the grill would be working and it was not, the air conditioning was blowing hot air in two rooms and repairman wasn’t concerned enough to verify this until I refused to accept his answer. He was unable to correct this matter. The refrigerator and washer machine was leaking water and the ice make wasn’t working.
