Great views of sunrise and sunset! Clean condo. We had a few complaints. No icemaker. Has an electrical problem...breakers kept tripping on many receptacles. Dishwasher needs mounted.

Wedding trip

The condo was clean when we arrived and check-in was very easy. The condo has easy access to the beach as well as a Publix across the street. Make sure to bring your own supplies such as salt and pepper, aluminum foil, etc as none of those items are provided. The ice maker was broken and sting on top of the refrigerator. The unit has beautiful views of the gulf and is very spacious.

The condo is great. We would book this unit again. There was sand on the sheets in the back bedroom, and a lot of sand in the rug in the living room, but overall the condo was pretty clean. We only eat a couple of meals out so I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen is. I lacked for nothing. We really enjoyed the oversized balcony, and were surprised at how comfortable the chairs were. Being on the 3rd floor we saw dolphins everyday. We enjoyed sitting on the beach watching fireworks on the 4th. We simply had a great week in a great condo. The staff at Beachball Properties were kind and helpful.

Nice Accommodations with a View

My “Crew” and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beach condo for our annual getaway, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few minor areas of concerns. The accommodations were nice, the view was breathtaking. The Condo itself was well-maintained and clean. The furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen was adequately equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, but it would have been nice to have a few seasonings (salt pepper, etc.). The bedrooms were cozy, and the bathrooms were clean but to supply one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom… The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the view. The condo was situated right on the beach, and the view of the ocean was simply stunning. Waking up to the sound of crashing waves and being able to watch the sunset from the balcony was a truly memorable experience. The location couldn't have been better. The nice accommodations and breathtaking view made up for our areas of concern and we would return.

The condo was VERY spacious. The kitchen was beautiful; and well stocked for about anything you wanted to cook; and with enough dishes, flatware and glassware to feed a army.,The only problem with the kitchen was no ice; or anyway to make ice. We had to go to store and get bagged ice. The walk in showers are beautiful as well. They do need one of the showers to have a grab bar for elderly people. I have never seen so much closet and drawer space in a rental. One of the bathroom closets could be a small bedroom for a child😀.The decor was well done. The balcony furniture was extremely comfortable for anyone that was tall enough to get up into the chairs. My 93 year old; 4'8” mom could not sit in them.🙄 Maybe the purchase of one or two smaller Adirondack chairs would make it perfect. I loved the king size beds; and the mattress was the perfect firmness for me. There were plenty of extra blankets. All in all we loved it; and would recommend to anyone.
