THIS RENTAL COMES WITH TWO (2) CHAIRS AND AN UMBRELLA set up on the BEACH the stay. Spectacular views of surf and sand are augmented by the sounds of the waves. A fully equipped island kitchen and plenty of counter space makes entertaining a breeze. The King size bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom; and two queen beds in the third bedroom plus a sleeper sofa make accommodating up to 10 people easy.

The Space:
Windward Pointe condominiums sit directly on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach. Unit 1104 (on the 11th floor) has a private balcony overlooking the beach, washer and dryer, and wireless internet. This rental comes with a free beach chair and umbrella set-up during the stay. Simply give the beach attendant your name and unit number and kick back while watching the waves roll in.

Windward Pointe complex offers all the amenities you could want with indoor/outdoor pools, a children's wading pool, an indoor hot tub, sauna, well equipped exercise room, stainless steel grills by the beach and pool, covered pavilion and tennis/basketball courts. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in the summer season for daily or weekly rentals.

Guest must purchase parking pass separately upon arrival from the kiosk by the elevator.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to a variety of amenities, including a large outdoor pool, a children's wading pool, a BBQ grill area, an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, a sauna/steam room, a tennis court, a basketball court, and a fitness room.

Getting Around:
Getting around Windward Pointe 1104 is easy! While a car is recommended for exploring Orange Beach and the surrounding areas, you'll find convenient parking right at the complex. Guest parking passes must be purchased upon arrival separate from the reservation. The closest major airport, Pensacola International Airport (PNS), is about a 1-hour drive. Enjoy the convenience of having everything you need within easy reach, whether you're heading to the beach, restaurants, or shopping destinations. We are also conveniently located near several services and entertainment venues.

Other Things to Note:
Parking fee is NOT included with the rental and currently costs $50/stay/vehicle (subject to change per HOA). Two vehicle max per HOA rules. If you have third vehicle, we offer overflow parking at our office which is across from the complex ($50) subject to availability.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
