Directly located on the sugary white sands of Orange Beach, Alabama, you and your family will wake up to the peaceful sounds of the crushing Gulf waves and become mesmerized by the beautiful sunrise from our East corner unit, while enjoying panoramic views of the Gulf’s clear blue waters.

Lounge around or dine on the large 90-foot wrap around balcony, accessible from any bedroom and living room. Comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests, our 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo has a King, Queen, and two Twin size beds. The living room sofa converts into a queen-size sleeper.

Located on the 6th floor, Windward Pointe 601 is steps away from the elevators and stairway, saving you plenty of time for fun activities. Stream movies or catch your favorite cable TV show from any of the 65-inch Smart TVs located in each bedroom and living room. Access wireless internet throughout Unit 601 and the Windward Pointe property.

Entertain family with the fully-equipped island kitchen and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your favorite music with the surround sound stereo system, available throughout Unit 601, including the balcony.

BEACH CHAIR RENTALS are managed by AL Beach Chairs that also offers paddle boards, tandem, and single kayaks rentals, pending surf conditions. Reserve in advance on their website or see the staff member at the red colored umbrellas located in front of the Windward Pointe beach entrance.

PARKING limited to 2 vehicles. HOA separately manages the parking lot and charges a fee per vehicle, per night. Parking permits may be purchased at Check-in only from the security guard. The parking permit is a flat rate of $50 per vehicle, per stay.

CLEANING SERVICE company leaves a starter set of bed linens, duvet cover, bath and hand towels, wash cloths, hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, paper towel and trash bags. Duvet covers, bed linens, and towels are replaced after each guest stay. Cleaning Service company receives 100% of the cleaning fee. No daily maid service.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT is up to 8 persons (includes guest, small children, and visitors).

ACCESS CODE to enter Windward Pointe Unit 601 will be sent, via email and text, 72-24 hours prior to Check-In to the guest named on the reservation.

FAMILY ENVIRONMENT: family groups and responsible adults permitted to rent. Absolutely no house parties as violations are grounds for immediate removal, fines and forfeiture of rent.

GENERAL: Guests are to abide by all rules posted throughout Windward Pointe property and the Unit 601 Vacation Rental Agreement.

NO SMOKING in Unit 601, including the balcony.

NO PET ANIMALS in Unit 601, including the balcony & on Windward Pointe property.

NO EARLY CHECK-IN & NO LATE CHECK OUT as the cleaning service needs sufficient time between guest stays to clean and service Windward Pointe Unit 601.
