This is a Premium unit. Come relax on the spacious 14th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! There are two full sized beds in the 2nd bedroom and a full over full bunk in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry with a separate ice maker! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

Parking: Parking passes are a one time fee of $70 plus tax per vehicle. You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. After 20 years of renting from various Phoenix properties, this was the worst experience. First, we were greeted at the door with a toilet which remained outside the condo for the duration of our stay. There were holes in the walls, a broken recliner that needed cleaning especially underneath. The filter needed changing. The WiFi went in & out everyday, the sound bar didn’t work. And both bathrooms had mold. There were rusty utensils. We will seriously reconsider staying at Phoenix again.

Great condo!

Nice and roomy for 3 adults. Great weather on top of that. Loved the view from being up so high, but just wished we could've stayed longer. All in all, just a comfy stay!

It was a good stay with family everything was clean in the unit and for the most part everything worked as it should. However we did have some issues out of the middle bathroom with water pressure and the toilet but just a small hiccup for a overall good experience.

Excellent beach condo

The condo was newly remodeled and had very comfortable beds, very spacious and a beautiful view. We had a fantastic time even with rain on 3 of our days because we had Flor Bama next door with live music. There are several great restaurants within a mile of the condo.

Not too excited to pay 60 per car for parking. We couldn't control air temp in condo. Hot water lasted for about 3 out of 6 people trying to shower.

Nice place, great view and friendly staff. Only thing we had a small issue with was the bathroom in the hallway. Toilet ran constantly and the fan did not work if you wanted to take a shower. Other than that the condo was wonderful.

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and updated condo. The condo could have cleaner as the floors needed to be mopped and there was sand on the comforters. We definitely needed more towels for the bathrooms and kitchen. Dryer was not working, so we reported the issue and they came out the following day to look at it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect location

What you see is what you get. Everything was up to date and in working order like we expect. The condo is clean and ready to hit the ground running when you arrive. This condo is in such a sweet spot also when it comes to restaurants. We honestly besides the interior booked this condo for the view and it did not disappoint. We really appreciate the owners for allowing us to use this gem for a week. Till next time!
