“My 82 year old mom and I stayed here while in town visiting my daughter in Mentor. It was very clean and recently had modern updates. The walkin shower was easy for mom to use. The snacks and drinks that were stocked were an added touch. The back deck was nice but I did not have the time to enjoy the backyard. It was furnished with a nice table and chairs under a covered gazebo. The firepit looked cozy. The kitchen cabinets were stocked with anything you would need and the furniture was……

“This house was first quality all the way. We really enjoyed our time there. It was so convenient to everything we wanted to see. There was also a nice grocery store just five minutes away. My sister and I were traveling with our elderly mother and this place was perfect. Large walk in shower, one level and only two steps up to the house. Check in was easy and our host was very responsive. I would definitely stay her again when I come back to Cleveland.”

“Cottage is very clean with one exception, the exhaust fan in the bathroom could use a little attention. I was excited because it was described as a "Lakeside cottage", but the outside really needs some TLC. Nice if you are the indoor type, but not much outside appeal.”

“This lake front cottage was beautiful, very clean and freshly painted. We enjoyed watching the waves and boats on Lake Erie, and wonderful sunsets. Jenna, the owner, was exceptionally hospitable and welcoming. The cottage is located in a quieter region of the Cleveland metro area, within a short drive of attractions like downtown Cleveland, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Cleveland Art and Natural History Museums and the Cleveland Botanical Gardens. “The place was as shown in the listing. But the bedroom layout was such that there were no side tables or small lamps. Made it hard to read or have a place for your glasses or phone. We were not able to log in to WiFi as the provided password did not work for us. There were two TVs but you needed to bring your own streaming sign in and passwords to watch anything.”

“Good location for us, golf and grocery store nearby. Fan in bedroom needs to be replaced. It was too noisy to use at night. Would have been nice to have patio furniture cleaned as it was dirty enough we couldn't really use it. Main con was there are no curtains on the windows in the living and kitchen areas so people staying in the main house can easily see into the cottage at night. The bedroom had shutters so was private.”

“The building definitely has some crazy odors, but the room itself smelled really nice. It was clean and comfy. I stayed with my husband and 2 year old and it was a little small for us but would definitely stay again if it was just me and my husband! Host was amazing and had great communication. The location was great, we were going to a show and were within walking distance of the theater.”
