The position was great loved the spot close to everything, but, the room needed a good clean as did the entrance. The shower shelf and tap handles were loose and the drain was blocked, smell of mothballs was overpowering, TV reception was hit and miss, pictures displayed online were not all of the actual room booked. Shame because it could have been a perfect stay

The three bedroom Unit is modern, fully furnished and tastefully decorated. The small courtyard out the back was perfect for my husband and I to take in the afternoon rays and drinking hot chocolates in the early evenings (3-5 May 2025- a little chilly 9 degrees at night). The Unit is approx 5 mins. drive to the main street in Orange - Summer Street. We enjoyed 3 days in beautiful, historic Orange visiting family and wine tasting at the many vineyards in the area. The property was well stocked, and big enough for two people. The studio was clean, and communication was was good. Parking was also easy, and walkable to local amenities. It was an enjoyable stay!

Studio 35 was a great stay for us. Walking distance to the centre of town, with a lovely park across the road. It was everything we needed, and Kerry was very helpful and easy to organise things with.
