Very comfortable and nice location

Very comfortable place to stay in a lovely location near the golf course. Enjoyed a walk around the nearby wetland.Great bathroom. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable place to stay.

Very comfortable and quiet. Good amenities,pod coffee machine-down to chocolate in the fridge. Would happily recommend/stay here again. Two little suggestions- egg cups and outside light at the front.

Two days in Orange

Bedroom and Bathroom are very good. Kitchen is very cramped and some cutlery missing which was inconvenient. Mat in Living Room is a trip hazard. Coffee machine water tank leaked. But overall we had a pleasant stay.

We booked our accommodation at Marcotta Guest Suite through Expedia for May 2025, which clearly advertised free Wi-Fi. However, this was not the case. After repeatedly trying the provided password without success, we discovered that the suite didn’t even have a Wi-Fi modem or router. We reached out to the property manager, who apologized for the inconvenience and promised to contact the communications team to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Despite following up with him for the next two days, we received no response. We only heard from him on the day we were scheduled to vacate, when he text us instructions to return the property to the same condition we found it. We were unaware of that caveat, when we booked. Additionally, we encountered issues with the outdoor lighting. Both the rear and front verandas lacked lights, making it difficult to use the BBQ out the back or to navigate to the front door in pitch darkness without a flashlight. Despite the lack of internet access, the suite is comfortable and conveniently located close to Orange CBD. If you plan to stay at Marcotta Guest Suite, be sure to pack a modem and flashlight.
