Private shaded garden and separate entrance.
A parking space in the property.

Very quiet area, 7 minutes walk from the ancient theater and the city center, the market, all shops (small and a supermarket in the city center).

5 minutes by car from the 2 Orange motorway accesses
20 minutes from Avignon, direct access by the Chateauneuf du Pape road, 15 minutes from the SNCF train station (ideal access to Avignon city center) ...

This West-facing studio offers you:

- an entrance with shelf and wardrobe

- a main room: a kitchen - dining area (induction, fridge-freezer, microwave, espresso, table and 3 chairs ...), a sleeping area (a real bed, 140)

- a bathroom, sink, WC room

- Garden (about 100m2) between sun and shadows of 2 century old plane trees, lawn and gravel area, bistro table and 3 chairs, 2 deckchairs and coffee table.

Free wifi access, air conditioning.
Sheets, towels, tea towels and kitchen background provided.
Possibility of loaning a high chair and a travel cot.
