"One of my best best best hotel experience. The staff engaged very warm and courteous. They made sure my 2 yr old son was engaged while I was checking in. The room was spotless and very comfortable. And it was very economically priced . 5 stars all around "

"Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room with a friend whilst attending an evening at the Hammersmith Apollo. Great location, easy check in, room clean and tidy and functional. Best beds ever!!! So comfy. Definitely larger than the average single. Best sleep ever. We didn’t use any of the other facilities the hotel has to offer so can’t comment on those. My only disappointment was the £100 security deposit I had to leave. Obviously returned if no damage or no purchases made to room. "

"Room was really clean and spacious, tv was advertised with chromecast (didn’t have it) but we weren’t bothered by it. Bed was super comfortable and temperature was good. We also had breakfast on both days and the food was really good, lots of options to have! Only thing I will say is that the bar and coffee shop were rather overpriced - cost £11.50 for 1 red bull and 1 j2o!! The drink cocktail options at the bar were also quite strange, rather than just having normal cocktails there were random ones that weren’t that great! "
