Have stayed in this hotel a number of times now and always find the staff friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and the breakfast excellent. The hotel is situated in an ideal location, close to Gunnersbury station and in a more residential area of Chiswick....takes about 30 mins to travel into central London.

Trevlig och behjälplig personal. Bott på hotellet tidigare och personalen med hotell manager och personalen som jobbar i matsalen (frunkost) var mycket vänliga. Bra hotell som ligger på behörig och bra avstånd till det mesta.

We had a great stay at the hotel, our room on the 7th floor with a bath and a view of Wembley Stadium was perfect. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We were visiting for a friends 50th and organised through the hotel a celebration package which included balloons, chocolates and a hand written card which was a lovely final touch. We had dinner in the hotel which was really good and there was a lot of choice for breakfast. Also It’s a really convenient place to stay if heading to an event at Wembley. We would definitely stay again. Thank you

A really good mid-market option in Chiswick. Priced similarly to those purple branded chain hotels but with a WAY better offer in terms of room size, facilities, and a definite sense of quality. We won’t hesitate to stay again and will certainly consider other Clayton hotels, although I believe they are predominantly in Eire.
