He took the time to meet us there. Show us around the large home. Show us all the great improvements he has made to the house. Some of the furniture was just gorgeous-old antiques and some great modern appliances. If you forgot something, Todd has it. They have put so much thought and detail into this house. “The house was outdated but very clean and more than adequate. Our only complaint was the air conditioning unit was not functional. It was rather warm our weekend and early season, but we would expect the owner to stay on top of things like that. We would definitely stay here again with a guarantee that the AC is functional.”

“My husband and I were in Palisade for a few days for a wedding and LOVED staying here. The property was very clean, and everything is new and/or well kept. There were some really welcome touches like hair ties and lotion available. Some small snacks, coffee with fixings, everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were shocked by the AC until because in our many stays in mountain towns AC is a rarity, BONUS!! Bed is comfy, owners are respectful of your privacy and there is parking……

“Location was awesome for a ski weekend to get the family all together. The space was open and allowed individual families (3 generations) to be spread out. The stock supplies and appliances that are there were way above my expectations. Everything went smoothly from checkin to checkout! we would definitely return! Thank you!!”
