"Host was very quick to respond! Location was hit and miss for us but the price was good enough to justify driving a few extra miles. House was presented in pictures as it was when we got there!Pros: affordable, space for all our groupCons: beds were very uncomfortable, linens were tossed in the linen closet no organization whatsoever, upstairs smelled of cigarette smoke (possible issues from next door), furniture felt very weak and not comfortable.Overall was not bad for the night or two we stayed other than a select few issues we found when we arrivedOverall the whole place in itself had amenities that sufficed for our group but the lack of cleaning by a “professional” crew as we were told and organization from the same crew for linens and such"

"A perfect house for a getaway for 2 families. Plenty of space with 2 living areas. Location was so convenient for accessing MTB trails and restaurants. Great set up if you bring your bikes! Would definitely stay there again!"
