“We stayed at Buttercup Cottage for four nights. It is located 5 mins drive from Rye town centre in a quiet, private location with allocated parking. The studio is spacious and the facilities are excellent for self-catering. We also ate twice at Layla's, a turkish restaurant, which is highly recommended. The town gets busy in the holiday season so you may need to book. The cottage also has a very helpful guide for visitors with lots of tips and advice to improve your stay. The shower extractor……

“We were visiting grandparents that live close by. The lodge is brand new, very comfortable and much bigger than expected. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay and the hot tub was an added bonus that we all enjoyed! We would definitely stay again.”

The property is superb, spacious, comfortable, homely, with everything that we needed and more. We highly recommend this lovely house. Our only regret is that we could not stay longer. “The property was incredible and the host had incredible communication. Maria could not have been more accommodating and we cannot thank her enough, we had a fabulous stay and hope to be back soon.”

“I was disappointed with this stay. For the amount of money it cost, the caravan was not clean, was overcrowded and needs a lot of smarting up. You had to pay extra to have bedding which I think is unreasonable, particularly how much it cost per night anyway. Communication with the host was fine but not great. Unfortunately I won’t be recommending or returning to this property. ”

“Nice property. Lovely having hot tub and big table in conservatory to eat together and play games in the evening. Comfortable rooms (more bedside tables would be good addition). Kitchen good - lots plates, bowls, cutlery but could be better equipped - No larger pans, or oven cookware, no larger serving bowls (so we served salad from a frying pan), no glass containers for microwave cooking. Blocked shower upstairs - managed to unblock. No toilet roll - would have been appreciated after……
