"We always stay here on our trips to Bend. Convenient location, fun bar, walking distance to McKay’s which is our favorite breakfast place. Wish they would not charge parking fee for returning patrons."

"The property it’s is nice as is the area. The staff was friendly at check in and alway polite. However, we were there for a wedding and 6 people (the suite) had to shower and get ready, the shower filled with water and wouldn’t drain. We complained about it at the front desk when we left for the wedding and assumed somebody took care of it while we were gone but the next 2 Days we were unable to shower due to the continued problem. I complained again at check out with a response that it will get checked out. I have my doubts since the kitchen faucet also kept coming off in my hand. The problem with prepaying for someplace is then you’re locked into it. VERY DISSAPPOINTED but had a great weekend with family celebrating regardless. "
