"Wood laminate in room was not ideal. Lots of stuff got on floor during stay, ended up on bottom of feet then got in the bed. No broom or dust pan provided. You could also hear every footstep from people in room above. Very loud late at night and early in morning. Carpet in hotel rooms is highly recommended. Needed extra toiletries. Not a problem getting them when asked for. Fridge and microwave in room was a great help."
