“Our family lived staying here. The location is fantastic. Just a short drive to the lake. The hosts are incredibly nice and accommodating. They even let us borrow towels because we forgot ours! The camper is great! It’s super clean and very spacious. We would definitely go back.”

“I very much enjoyed my stay at Twisters! Perfect for what I needed. You have so many options to play and explore, within reasonable driving distance. Room was very clean, cozy, big bathroom (clean), very friendly hosts and restaurant is downstairs. I love that they offer breakfast coupons for each morning of your stay. Food is good and portions are plenty. The town itself is quaint and charming. They have their own parking lot (unpaved) and there is street parking as well. Either options aren’t……

“Nice facility ”

“Right on the river. Everything one would expect of a fine facility was there. Originally had us in a second floor room. The facility does not have an elevator. When I told them my wife was handicapped and had support equipment, they switched us to a first floor room.”

“Needed a room for my mom in law later in the evening and they were close to Torrington. Decent reviews so I sent her there but made the reservation after 9.. Small print said they don't answer the door after 9...she tried to get an answer fr 20 minutes and didn't get a response so had to send my 76 year old M-I-L down the road to a chain hotel. $55 down the drain.”
