Welcome to this HUGE HOUSE, perfect for family gatherings. Get cozy by the fire pit or unwind in the private Jacuzzi and BBQ area. The Game Room features a karaoke machine with 2 microphones, Pacman and NBA Jam/Hangtime games, as well as a foosball table. All but one room has a king size bed & TV.

HUGE HOUSE for family gatherings! Fire pit, Jacuzzi, BBQ. Game Room has karaoke machine, Pacman, NBA Jam/Hangtime and foosball table. All rooms except the “Super Hero” room have a king size bed & TV. 5 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath for a total of 4 bathrooms.
Big backyard with playground & private JACUZZI.
Only 5 minutes away from UVU. 15 mins to BYU. 25 mins to Sundance. 3 car garage & big driveway. Guests have access to the whole property except the basement. It has a separate entrance. Tenants in basement only have access to the basement. Walking distance to Utah lake with lots of trails, splashpad & huge parks. About a mile away from Trax. This property is great for large gatherings.
