  • On the 1st line, in Mont Vernon, on the magnificent beach of Orient Bay: in this pretty renovated studio on one level, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and the natural area, refuge of the pelicans. The 40 m2 plus 8 m2 balcony are designed to offer you a comfortable and chic setting, like a hotel suite. Particular attention has been paid to the choice of materials and colors in order to create a relaxing atmosphere with a tropical touch. The building where this studio is located faces the beach. The equipment (including the new kitchen) is complete, and a personalized welcome will be reserved for you. The beach of Orient Bay, as well as the spectacular swimming pool in the vast pool of the residence, are an invitation to idleness, walks on the fine sand, dips in the gentle waves, and gastronomy in the many excellent restaurants.

My 10 week stay was one of the best vacations ever. The cleaning crew was excellent, and the owner stayed in communication the entire time. You can walk about 5-10 minutes down the beach to many restaurants, grocery store and beach bars. There was very little Spargum (seaweed) January and February, the first two weeks of March it was quite heavy, this varies year to year. Very consistent weather 75F at night 80F daytime, occasional brief shower. This was my second time at this location.
