Beautiful 2 bed house in Los Dolses, close to restaurants and shops.
A 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Los dolses, the house boasts 5 outside areas and looks out over a beautiful square, the swimming pool is a 1 minute walk away. Air conditioning is in both bedrooms and they also both have ceiling fans.
The nearby Rioja and Los Dolses commercial centres are only a 2 minute walk away.
La Zenia boulevard - is a 2 minute drive away which offers a world class shopping centre and restraunts. Villamartin is also a 2 minute drive and offers a wide varied selection of restaurants, bars and cafes.
The town of Cabo Roig also offers a good alternative night out. Torrevieja is just a short drive away where there is a large market, evening street stalls and a marina and great Spanish cuisine gives a good feel of the real Spain.
The coast is well known for its beautiful sandy beaches, many of which have been awarded a blue flag for their cleanliness and safety making them ideal for families.
There is also several golf courses in the area, 3 within a 5 minute drive.
A car is not necessary, but is useful.

4 week stay in Los Dolses
Very relaxing time here in a perfect location for restaurants bars snacks shopping beach @ long walks. Villa with plenty outdoor space to choose from with furniture. Nice neighbourhood . Would definitely go back

SUPER!!!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison. Très propre et bien équipée. C’est l’idéal pour un couple avec deux enfants.
Le quartier est très calme et la piscine est magnifique et très propre. Un grand merci à Sebastian pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Perfect place to stay
We are very happy that we found this rental apartment. Amazing apartment, fantastic pool and very nice place to stay for vacations. This year is very strange and to have possibility for amazing spanish holiday is so important. We were very happy and had really good time as guests all month. Sebastian was really helpful and always in a good mood. Kids loved their room and roof terrace. Perfect place to stay.

Great Time Overall
This property is in an excellent location close to bars and restaurants.
The property itself is contained in a beautiful, well looked after area with a great pool within a minutes walk.
The house is clean and tidy with a great range of facilities and has an excellent choice of areas to sunbathe or stay in the shade.
Any problems we encountered, which were very few, were dealt with very quickly and with no fuss.
Communications with Simon and his compatriot Sebastian were easy and quick.

Great villa with excellent outside space in quiet and pretty area but close to all amenities.
Easy booking and check in with excellent communication from Simon. Issue with Internet was fixed within 12 hours, 1st class service! This is a beautiful well equipt house with lots of pretty outside areas so sun all day. Situated close to shops, restaurants etc.

A fantastic stay in a great location!
having just spent a lovely few days in Los dolses I can honestly say that this house is perfect! It is very well equipped with everything you would need, plenty of sun loungers/chairs if you like to sit in the sun as we did! and Lots of outdoor areas. The TV was great, big flat screen and amazing picture quality. Wi fi is also available.
The area is lovely and clean, the house sits in a lovely kind of square with a few others, it was very peaceful.
There is a lovely big pool just a minutes walk from the house, we didn't make use of it but it looks wonderful! There is a large supermarket very close by which will only take you about 3 to 4 minutes to walk to, and a couple of very good restaurants, ' Mateo's' is a Italian restaurant (I think is fairly new) great for pasta dishes and an American type restaurant(opposite) not sure on name think it might be 'Divers'
Overall a great house in a great location and communication with Simon was excellent.

Casa familiar estupenda en bonito barrio, cerca de gran centro comercial.
