What’s included in the price?
The rental price includes 140 kWh per week (≈20 kWh/day), enough for normal use (air conditioning, appliances, lighting). One week = 7 consecutive days.

The damage deposit is a security amount paid to the apartment owner to cover potential costs arising from any damage to the property during the guest’s stay. It is paid upon check-in and refunded after the apartment has been inspected upon check-out, provided no damage is found. In case of any damage, the deposit may be used to cover repair or replacement costs.
Apartment Policy – Damage Deposit
• A deposit of €150 is payable upon check-in, unless it has been paid in advance at the time of booking through one of the platforms.
• The deposit is mandatory and non-negotiable.
• Refusal to pay the deposit will result in refusal to hand over the apartment keys.
• The deposit is refunded after inspection of the apartment during check-out, in the same manner as it was paid.
• The deposit may be used to cover costs of any damage caused during the stay.
• The Administrator, Owner, or Agent reserves the right to withhold the deposit if there were people staying in the apartment who were not registered during the booking.
• The apartment is prepared for a maximum of 6 people and is rented only for that number of guests. Please adhere to this rule and do not bring additional persons.
