“the apartment was overall good. There could be some upgrade in term of kitchen equipment. owner and key/cleaning people is nice and friendly, so big plus for that :-) location was great and gated area nice as well.”

The apartment is exactly as listed and for us the best aspect is the solarium. We also really enjoyed the location, with its proximity to the La Fuente CC and the canal, which enabled us to go on many long, flat walks.”

“No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed ”

“Entrance was easy with a lock box. Apartment has a good layout. The view to the pool is nice. Parking is very safe inside walls. Kitchen is ok, but little room for food. The frying pans were in bad condition. All the hinges and locks need service. Bathroom locks did not work. Hinges made noises. Apartment was in a good place for us.”

“My wife and I had a very relaxing week, we hired a car which I feel is a must. The villa was amazing it was clean and modern. With lots of extra touches. And had some basic cleaning materials and food condiments which was great. Even the bottle of Prosecco and water was much appreciated. Communication with Rachel and Evette was excellent. Evette met us at the villa to show us round she was very informative and friendly. We will definitely return.”

“Had a lovely stay the position of the apartment is close to bars and restaurants beach 15 mins walk to the beach had a problem with the fridge freezer but Olga our key holder sorted out Ldle supermarket across the road no need for a car if you don't fancy driving”

“La estancia fue súper bien.La comunicación como Carol estuvo muy bien.El piso necesita un poco de mantenimiento.El aire acondicionado no funcionaba como debía ,el baño olía a cloaca muy fuerte y la manguera de la ducha estaba partida,cosa que el agua se salía antes de llegar.La cocina eché en falta una cafetera y tazas de café .Lo mismo que un cazo para servir sopa o alguna otra cosa.Son cositas pequeñas,que no necesitan costar mucho dinero y mejoraría el apartamento.El resto no tengo ninguna……

“We stayed for 5 weeks and had a comfortable stay. It is a lovely apartment and the owner had clearly thought of everything you would need. Roof terrace is big and it’s extremely private with fantastic sea views. The communication with Fabienne was excellent throughout. The only let down was the cleanliness was not up to the standard of the apartment, so I had to clean through myself on the areas that we used.”
