Pros: The Townhouse is very nice, you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation. With A/C it would have been perfect! 2 pools are available, and at times you have it all to yourself.

Pros: Lovely villa in quite street. Very well situated close to supermarkets and places to eat. Good size bedrooms with adequate storage. Car not needed as can travel around by taxi or use the bus which is a very cheap way to travel.

Pros: we had a very nice stay in the house of Clive - even saw the National Danish Soccer Team play live on Danish television ... a poor draw against Armenia :-( however had a very nice stay again in Spain All best recommendation of the house, rgds Thomas

Pros: We found the property to be clean & cozy,everything we need was in the house,house is very good value for money We had very good time in the house,area is nice and quiet.Pool area is very large&peaceful.Close the house are many grocery stores and food places.There are several beaches around Torrevieja and they are some of the best,especially we liked La Zenia beach. Thank you Clive for everything!!!

Pros: Property fine however sheets, pillows and towels all need to replaced. Also no sun loungers with a little bit extra money spent on this property it would be lovely, it is a nice property but lacks the little refine things, however the beds are really comfy considering what we paid was great value for money

Pros: We staid 3 months there to spend the winter in a friendly climate. The house was great as well as the owner who trusted us, knowing us only through emails. The house is located in a huge development of terrace houses; not much charm there but the beach is not far. English is extensively spoken; if you are British you will find your TV,newspapers,food, booze, etc. just as at home, but if you look for an immersion in the real Spanish life you might be disappointed. We did not visit the area very much, then our judgement about it is not very reliable.

Pros: Très agréable maison dans un quartier très calme, avec un accès aux piscines collectives très propres. La maison se trouve pas loin de toutes les commodités et à proximité de la plage, restos…. Clive, le propriétaire est très disponible, réactif à la moindre demande sans oublier le sympathique Paul qui est là en cas de besoin. Je recommande vivement cette location ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Et je reviendrai volontiers

Pros: Goed contact gehad met Clive. Bij aankomst verrast over de ruimte binnen en buiten. Huis is eenvoudig, maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Gebruik gemaakt van de BBQ, fijn! Zwembad netjes en dichtbij. Met de auto uitstapjes gemaakt: dierentuin, strand (Playa Capitan (rustig) en Playa Del Cura (druk)) shoppen en uiteten. Fijn om een weekje zon te pakken. Omgeving niet echt bijzonder.

Pros: Vi kom mitt i natten så det var ganska kallt i huset. Snabbt varmt med element. Vi fick inte igång gasolkaminen, men den behövdes inte på hela tiden, 14 dagar, vi var där. Väldigt olika tallrikar, glas och bara två kaffekoppar. Tycker i övrigt det var ett bra boende till rimligt pris. Eftersom det fungerade för oss så hade vi ingen kontakt under våra 14 dagar med hyresvärden.
