Fabulous lake view property!

This was such a lovely place, great location with a view of Wall Lake and so peaceful to just sit and see the sun glimmering on the lake. House was nicely appointed, very clean and Brenda is a dream to deal with - responsive and kind. We look forward to returning!!

Wall Lake vacation

We loved the cottage and location. Nice quiet lake, no speed boats or jet skis. Sunrises and moonrises were amazing. The main floor was remodeled nicely and we loved the patio/fire pit. Money should be spent on the lower level though (windows and porch), along with a newer dock and grill.

This place checked all the boxes for us. It was an anniversay getaway, and we couldn't have been happier. Clean, open floor plan, all amenities, lake access, kayaks, you name it. The best parts were the serenity, quietness, beautiful view, sunrises, many outdoor options, and natural beauty of the location. We highly recommed this location. We couldnt have loved it more.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

Fabulous property, fresh and bright! It was a chilly weekend, but were able to stay warm while outside, by the well stocked firepit. We enjoyed making use of the kayaks to paddle around the lake. We saw an Egret and some painted turtles! We walked to the tavern on the other side of the lake and enjoyed a sandwich and a few beers. 2 thumbs up!

We had a wonderful short stay here. Very quiet and clean. There are plenty of windows so there's a lot of fresh air to be had and the view of the lake every day is amazing. The tavern is cozy, friendly locals, our host Brenda was very nice and accommodating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. A beautiful setting looking out over the lake. No surprises - everything was just as described. Great host. We were able to go hiking in the area and visit the Gene Stratton Porter house. We hope to stay again in the future. Definitely recommend staying here.

Golf Trip

The check in process was easy and well done. The kitchen was well stocked, and beyond our hopes. We could have easily cooked meals in it. The only problem was that the ice maker didn't work.

Lakeside Oasis

My family booked a last minute trip to Wall Lake and were delighted with the amazing property we stumbled into. The house is recently renovated with modern decor throughout. The patio overlooking the lake is perfect for enjoying a dinner near the water or watching the sunrise with a coffee in the morning. The kitchen is extremely well equipped - probably the best equipped of any rental I've been to. Don't feel like you have to bring your kitchen along with you. Above all, Brenda couldn't have been easier to work with throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to family/friends, and we hope to stay here again soon.
