Great place to stay for Boy’s Volleyball Nationals Tournament

Great condo for our week away from home. Pool was clean and not crowded. Great place to relax after a long day inside the convention center! Close to good restaurants and attractions. Beautiful sunrise on the porch. Felt safe, property secure. Owners were extremely communicative. We would stay there again!

Great facility and beautiful view!

We were in town for AAU Volleyball Nationals; this was the perfect location. We were not too far away from OCCC. Lots of coffee places, restaurants, and shopping near by. Secure building and great pool and gas grill area. We’ll definitely be back!

Great Family Getaway!

This property was a great place for our weekend trip with family for a Sea World visit. We wish we would've had more time to just enjoy the pools and hot tub. Communication with host was great and accommodations exceeded our exceptions. We will return!

Florida vacay part 1

We spent the first part of our Florida vacation at the Blue Heron. This condo was immaculate! The view was beautiful. The proximity to the parks was great. We would definitely come back another time! Thank you so much❤️

Great condo - close to everything!

Perfect condo for your stay at Disney. Less than a 10 min drive to all the parks and Disney Springs. Starbucks, Chik-fil-a and many other restaurants within walking distance. Pool and mini golf to do if you’re taking a day off from the parks. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo, would have been ni e to have an ice maker. Pool could have been cleaner, jucuzzi had abad smell, reported to tiki bar and nextday smelled better.

Perfect for our family

Our family of 6 was looking for a place off-Disney property that was still very close to the parks. We wanted to be able to come back to the resort for a few hours during the hottest part of the day to rest and swim. We also needed a place with a full kitchen that was fully stocked because we wanted to eat many of our meals in our room. Since we stayed for a full week, we needed access to a washer/dryer. This condo had exactly what we were looking for. It is about 10-15 minutes away from most of the parks. It took very little time to travel back in the afternoons for a break. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals for the family. The washer/dryer was also handy for our stay. Bonuses for our family - The views of the lake and the Disney Springs and EPCOT evening shows were outstanding. Being able to park in a garage was convenient. The pool was large and perfect for our family to enjoy. Towels for the pool were also supplied in the room. The resort is very close to WalMart. That was our first stop when we arrived to stock up on everything that we needed for the week. The condo also allowed us much more space for our family than a Disney resort would have given. There was plenty of room to spread out. The resort and the condo itself are well taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place to stay for a Disney or Universal trip for your family. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Art and Sophie!

Clean and Close to Disney!

We *loved* this property! I wish we could have stayed longer. The view from the back patio is beautiful, and we loved that we could peek down and see how busy the pool area was. We also loved seeing the different fireworks displays from the front of the property at night. We liked the decor throughout the condo, very Florida/tropical/Disney. It was so clean and spacious! We didn't feel cramped at all. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were perfect. That jetted tub was the best thing ever. Our kids loved having their own separate bathroom and sleeping spaces. We really enjoyed the little arcade and the huge pool and hot tub that are downstairs. The proximity to Disney is great! We also loved the Dollar Tree and souvenir shop that was walking distance. There were only a few things we didn't love about this property, but they would not stop us from staying again. 1) It is difficult to get parking nearby to the elevators if you are out late. They have overflow parking though. 2) We could not locate a rolling bellhop when we first arrived to help us get our luggage up to the condo. It took many trips back and forth. 3) We were not informed we needed to swipe our key cards to use the elevator, so we thought the elevators were malfunctioning for a good two days before we finally learned this! These 3 issues are really problems with the building/management moreso than the specific condo unit we stayed in, which we will remember fondly, and would definitely recommend!

Summit Competition

My daughter cheer team was competing at World of ESPN and the condo was a perfect getaway from the craziness of the competition. The ability to relax before and after her competition was just what her body needed. Loved the condo , we will be back.

Great alternative to staying at disney

Perfect spot to do Disney without staying at Disney. Just an exit or two away from the parks surrounded by easy food choices, walkable morning coffee runs etc. Plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out.

Great spot!

My kids and I loved this condo. Clean, convenient to get around everywhere, and spacious. We loved the mini-golf right next door and played many rounds($30/person for unlimited rounds for 7 days was a great deal, and it had 2 18 hole courses). The owner was awesome and very helpful when one of my kids left some things behind. Overall a fantastic stay and we would certainly return.

Wonderful condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was clean very spacious and had absolutely everything you need for cooking in the kitchen. Literally 15 minuate drive and we were parked at Magic Kingdom! Jet tub in master was great after long days at the parks:) The twin bunk beds are situated in a corner in such a way that they feel like a tiny bedroom it also has its own tv. This was much nicer than others weve stayed at that had the bunks in a hallway. Owner was very kind and responsive to all my questions. This is definitely where we'll stay for any future Disney stays!

Relaxing hideaway close to Orlando's main attractions

We have a had a great stay at Art and Sophie's appartment! The appartment is situated in Lake Buena Vista and part of a bigger resort which makes it a perfect , both for its proximity to Orlando's main attractions (some of the world's most famous theme parks like Disney and Universal and the Kennedy space center) and its ammeneties (two bedrooms with king size beds, two seperate bathrooms and a fully equiped kitchen). The resort has a big public pool and jacuzzi in which u can take a relaxing bath after a long day out. We would definetely recommend staying here!

Art’s condo was the perfect spot for our stay in Orlando to visit the Disney parks. The condo is very spacious and has all that you need for a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the pool was great. Fantastic to wake up and look at the lake! Every Disney park was within a $10 rideshare as was grocery for a first big load, plus a dollar store and Walmart literally adjacent. Extremely convenient location. We had no issues but Art as host was very responsive for quick questions from booking to check out. Definitely recommend!

Lake Bryan view

We were in town for an event at the Convention Center, which was an easy drive and got us away from the business of the bars/restaurants in that area. Great view of the lake from the large balcony! The unit presented well with a large, open area with the adjacent areas: kitchen, dinning, and living rooms. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook. We would definitely stay here again!
