POOL and SPA are NOT heated. This is a multi-level home. Main floor offers an ample family room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. There`s a full bathroom adjacent to the kitchen which is ideal when using the pool. From the main floor, take two steps down where the master bedroom and bathroom are located. There`s also a very large loft area overlooking the pool and the lake. Upstairs there`s 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and 1 half bathroom. The patio provides plenty of seating, a TV, and a gas BBQ. Experience the Florida lifestyle at the pool or sit at the dock where you can relax and watch the sunset. There`s 2 Roku TV`s in the house, one in the living room and one in the patio. Washer and Dryer are located in the garage.

Absolutely no smoking, and absolutely no parties, no Explosives of any kind (to include Fireworks). quiet hours between 11PM - 7AM, and no pets. 100% forfeiture of deposit, and immediate removal from the property if guests break any of these rules.
