Great condo

We stayed here for an event at the convention center. It was a convenient location. The pool was still closed but we went to the reserve with no issue- the pools there were nice. Overall, I would stay again.

Great little condo!

The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it felt very homey. Only a few things that might be noted for future bookings… the beds in the twin room are arranged in a way that made it hard to physically get into the room. Some cosmetic suggestions would be caulking around some of the baseboards and new blinds or even a push curtain for the sliding doors and windows, the ones there were very hard to pull up and the the ones on the doors kept falling off. Lastly, we couldn’t find a dust pan so that made cleaning up during our stay a little difficult. But over all a great place to stay! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean and great location

The apartment is VERY clean. I suffer from horrible allergies so I react to dust or musty sheets right away, and I was relieved that everything was really clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen seemed outdated and the cabinets were hard to open, but everything worked well and, most importantly, was clean! We didn't really use any amenities in the complex so I can't comment on that, but I loved that the rec center was right next door. The check in took only 2 min and had very clear directions. We were only about 15 min from Universal Studios, and there are so many restaurants nearby. There's also a grocery store right across the street. We enjoyed our stay!

Great condo!

This property was clean and pretty well maintained. We had plenty of room and the resort is close to everything you could want to do in Orlando. Plus there was a nearby grocery store, pharmacy and many restaurants. My only complaints are that the dryer doesn't shut off properly (which I think was mentioned before by another person who stayed at the property). However the dryer did work we just had to be careful to make sure it was off after the buzzer sounded - it wouldn't go off by itself. Easily worked around. All in all a wonderful place to stay and a great vacation. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location but appliances need replacing

The condo was great overall, but several appliances were broke or challenging to use. The toaster didn’t work, the dishwasher didn’t turn off when you opened it, the dryer was very loud so you couldn’t run when you were sleeping, and the coffee maker didn’t have auto shut off. With some basic updates this condo would be a five star.

Nice Stay, but...

The space was nice and great for 4 adult family members traveling together. Nice master bedroom and shower and nice flooring in bedrooms. Nice that Netflix was available on LR TV, and WIFI was strong. Nice LR & DR furniture. Condo was clean. But... there are a lot of lodging options in the Orlando area, and this property is pretty dated in comparison to properties I have stayed at over the last 15+ years. I recommend updating the property and address any broken, dented or stained areas: Outdoor welcome mat was horrible, broken Kitchen faucet, missing slats in vertical blinds, lamp in twin bedroom is mashed up and did not have a bulb (I used one from MB), missing bulb in LR ceiling fixture, twin headboard not connected to bed, shower curtain stained in guest bedroom, CD player in LR cannot be used-door keeps opening). TV situation with the wiring and connections was a mess. Trying to figure out how to turn on was too challenging. We used only the LR TV. Decent place to stay, except for items mentioned above.

This property is conveniently located near the convention center, Andretti, Top Golf, Universal, Disney, and Sea World. Lots of restaurants and entertainment to choose from. The pool and property are beautiful.

Great Location!

Close to everything we wanted to see, cute mini mall with excellent restaurants. Safe neighborhood with friendly folks. Amenities are awesome, condo is perfect. It was a little dirty, but I think mainly from the dryer, lint trap was broken. Would definitely stay again!

Nice but not as pictured

Although the property claimed there are 3 days in between stays to make sure the property is cleaned, that is not true. Was fair in cleanliness but there was a huge load of dirty towels in the dryer. Also, we checked out on Saturday and it was booked starting on Sunday. All appliances are old. Needs repairs. Kitchen faucet broken and hanging, dryer doesn't work, drain in shower plugged, drain in master bath sink was plugged, and kitchen cabinets stick.

Overall the stay was great, the location was the most convenient for us. Everything was within 30 mins. Theme Park wise, also locations to good restaurants. The place was comfy, we stayed on the third level. The pool area and the jacuzzi was a plus. Great Lake surrounding the area for jogging if needed, we didn’t get to visit the gym area. But if you don’t want to miss a workout then, you won’t miss a day. The only downfall. Was our washer and dryer. Since it was old, we had to do 2 cycles.
