MAIN FLOOR: Washer and dryer
Master Bedroom: King-sized bed, walk-in closet, TV, Blu-ray, alarm clock, phone, with large en-suite bathroom with big shower (easy access, no step).
Fully equipped Kitchen, with Breakfast Bar, Dining room and Living Room
SECOND FLOOR:
Master Bedroom with queen sized bed, phone, T.V., DVD player, alarm clock, dresser, large closet, en-suite bathroom containing shower, bathtub and hair dryer.
Two kids Bedrooms (each) include: 2 single beds, dresser, night-table, T.V., DVD player

The Villas at Seven Dwarfs Land is gated 24/7 security resort that offers beautiful grounds that include: Paddle Boat, kids playground, BBQ areas, Huge Heated Swimming Pool with a wrap-around sun deck, Hot tub that overlooks the lake and fountain, Tiki bar, Fishing pier with water view, Tennis/Basketball/Volleyball courts, Car Wash. It was great to have 4 bedrooms with the resort amenities (pool, gym, clubhouse). The property had everything we needed. Shopping and restaurants were a very short drive, and there was an Applebees that was a short walk away. The host was proactive with communications. We would stay at this property again.

Clean and comfortable but w/issues
Clean, comfortable and well stocked with basic necessities. Maintenance issue and broken tv acknowledged but not attended to. Checkout requirements hard to comply with (10am & take out the garbage /no dumpster in sight). Check in was easy and property is nice, safe and quiet.

Perfect location
The recliner was a perfect surprise for my mom who has a bad hip. The beds were not very comfortable. The furniture wasn’t comfortable. The toilets were super short. The washer is tiny and made us have more loads of laundry. We didn’t spend much time there so it was ok for the location. With a few upgrades it could be a perfect rental.

Great location, terrific amenities!
Definitely the nicest Vrbo we've stayed in. Small shared spaces ( kitchen, living room, dining area) but loved the two bedrooms with en suite baths (1 upstairs, 1 down) 2 more bedrooms and another full bath plus a weird sink in the hallway. Kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes & cookware. Beds were not that comfortable, pillows were horrible, linens on the rough side. Towels were adequate. Loved the pool, playground, water playground & lake, so lots to do with kids. Security was very friendly and helpful. Host responded quickly to all questions. Finally, less than ten miles to the Magic Kingdom, so a perfect location with lots of fast food & a Target nearby. Highly recommend, especially for shorter stays.

Fabulous extended stay
We enjoyed our 3 week stay at Villas at Seven Dwarfs. The condo was clean and cozy with plenty of space for our family and extended family. Some drawbacks were not enough towels for the number of people staying and the ceiling fans in the livingroom and upstairs queen bedroom were too loud to use. There was one ratty kitchen dishcloth and 2 kitchen towels and no pot holders. There was one roll of TP when we arrived. Outside of those inconveniences we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the HomeAwayFromHome vacation rental in Kissimmee, FL. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The location is fantastic - it's very close to Disney properties, and there are many big-box retail stores and restaurants nearby. The property is well-maintained and clean, with fantastic amenities that include a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Communication from our host, Wendy, was excellent and made the process stress-free. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this vacation rental to others.
