Great Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend stay! The home was absolutely beautiful—spacious, spotless, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent and very prompt. We especially loved the private pool and the game room, which was a big hit with the kids. Everything was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

The overall stay was pleasant! The place is beautiful but on arrival the house was not ready for 4pm check in. The cleaning crew was still there and we had to leave and come back so we didn’t get to actually check in until around 5pm. The host was nice about it tho and apologized for the delay of checking in. The refrigerator barely got cold. I don’t agree with having guest to pay a seperate fee for jacuzzi to be warmed being that the jacuzzi is one of the perks of the house. But I would definitely stay again!

Ultimately a good stay, accommodations were accurate and being pet friendly was a plus. There are some areas of carpet and curtains that were stained from prior pet stays but to be expected as a pet friendly home. Overall we would stay again.

This is a great property to stay at. A gated community with walking trails that is close to shopping and all the parks. Pool, hot tub, and game room were throughly enjoyed. Hosts were very responsive to any questions.

Florida Trip

The house was very large and clean, perfect for our group. They do charge separately for the pool & hot tub heat, and also charge additional fees to use the grill, which we thought was ridiculous. Otherwise we liked the house.

Our experience at this property was great, except for the hot tub not working, which was a significant letdown for me. However, interacting with Oriana was a highlight. She responded quickly, faster than any other host I've dealt with previously. I want to commend Oriana for her efforts in trying to resolve the hot tub issue. Although it couldn't be fixed right away, her next steps were impressive. She offered to relocate us to a different property, just a block away, with a larger house and a working hot tub. This gesture demonstrated her dedication to customer satisfaction, as she could have simply apologized for the inconvenience and explained the need to order a replacement part. Instead, she took the initiative to ensure our comfort. Although relocating was inconvenient, it was ultimately worth it. We appreciate Oriana's commitment to customer service and would prefer to work exclusively with her for all future trips. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Having access to a functioning hot tub was crucial in helping us visit four parks in three days.

Well I’ve stayed there before and it was advertised as all rooms with TV’s . That was supposed to be done and again 2 rooms without TV’s in them. Outside of that a good vacation house.

I do not recommend this property

This rental is situated in a densely packed, LMI neighborhood that was excessively noisy and felt unsafe. Referring to it as a “gated community” is misleading—it felt more like residents were being contained than protected. During just two nights, I experienced nonstop disturbances: street racing, loud mufflers, fireworks in April, and booming bass from what sounded like dozens of houses. Numerous signs throughout the neighborhood warned of crime and urged people to lock their doors and hide valuables.The property management was disorganized and overly aggressive. Communication was excessive—messages every few hours for a full week prior to arrival. The booking process was drawn out unnecessarily, split into over 20 separate steps instead of being handled efficiently. Management is outsourced internationally, which made coordination even more frustrating.The home itself was uncomfortable and poorly maintained. The thermostat was locked at 72, which felt stifling in 100 heat with 90% humidity. Several bedroom doors didn’t latch properly, the carpets were dirty, showers showed signs of mold, and the beds were far from comfortable. Despite a 280 cleaning fee, guests are expected to take out their own trash. Additionally, a driveway-facing camera—undisclosed in the listing—was an unwelcome surprise.Overall, this stay felt like a profit-driven operation with little regard for guest comfort or experience.
