Enjoyable Trip but a bit Hot

We loved the little splash pool and all of the space. We have never stayed at a property with such restrictions on the thermostat. They remotely turned AC off one night and we all woke up sweating. Ceiling fan and light broken in one bedroom and wasn’t fixed or replaced even though we reported our first day. Would be helpful to have instructions on what to do with trash, how to operate tvs and etc

Our stay was okay

We stayed here just short of a week to visit Disney World for NYE. Checking in & checking out was super easy and seamless. Any communication via the rental company was easy through the app or e-mail and that got back to you within an hour or two. The property was clean however we did have a bit of an ant problem. The ants were teeny, tiny and found under the couch, as it had not been swept well. We also had trouble with the AC. Although we were there in December, the temperatures during the day were above 75 sometimes in the 80's and the thermostat wouldn't move below 72. So, it was quite hot and humid in the rental at times, especially upstairs. We were actually told not to touch the thermostat at all, which was a bit inconvenient and annoying. Other than those two issues, our stay was easy and nice.

No AC

The AC didn’t work. When we contacted the property manager they insisted it did only to follow up hours later saying oh yeah it’s broken upstairs. Then they said they fixed it when they hadn’t. They have a sign on the wall saying th AC works best at 75, the thermostat is downstairs. If it is 75 there it is easily 80 upstairs. The fact that they have a sign posted next to the thermostat saying the AC works best at 75 tells me this is an ongoing issue. We were there in January I can’t even imagine what it would be like in summer. Would not recommend.

Awesome stay

This was the best birthday celebration ever. My husband and I were able to kick back, relax and spend some quality time creating memories. I didn't read carefully, so we stayed a little past our checkout time, but we will certainly be back soon.
