The house was nice- however I put 2 work orders in for repair of a sliding glass door. The handle came off. Looks like it had been taped prior. The door did not lock. This is a safety issue for intruders and for families with small children- the door opens to the pool area.

Refrigerators smelled like fish

We contacted Magical Vacations the morning after arrival, as we discovered the refrigerators smelled of fish the night before. They sent cleaning crew who wiped Diem the refrigerators, but the problem is under the refrigerators in the pan. Maintenance came by and said the appliance guy would be over the following day. Four days went by and no one showed. I knew they would not make it right and unfortunately I was correct. Magical Vacations you suck
