Wonderful House

We absolutely loved the layout of this house as we had multiple different families gathering in one. The fact that every bedroom had a bathroom was my favorite part! We would definitely recommend this house to future guests

Great location and plenty of space.

The property manager always responded promptly & provided help when the refrigerator wouldn't cool. The property location is great. The two full beds are less than ideal as we believe they should be at least queens. Overall great place we would book ahain.

Great Stay in Florida!

Overall, I'd say 4.5 of 5 stars, we were pleased with our stay in this house. We are two families of 6 and 7 adults and we had more than enough room. Good location as well for what we wanted to do. Host was very responsive once we were there and was quick to resolve issues or clarify our understanding. Thanks for helping us to create lasting memories for our family!

Spacious 8bedroom w/pool

The house was just the right size for our group. We did not request heater for pool/jacuzzi -our loss. House and neighborhood was close to EVERYTHING we needed including Disney. Property needs some attention, but it suited the need.

Overall it was a good convenient place to stay. It was very clean. The pool was cleaned twice while we were there and it was plenty big enough for all the family. The main downfall was the game room is nothing like the pictures, so the kids were a disappointed. Close to Disney, shopping and plenty of retaurants.

Spacious & easily accessible

We enjoyed our stay at the property, other than the sinks clogging (which was quickly taken care of). We wish there was a broom or a vacuum cleaner that actually worked, but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the movie theater. The game room was great for late nights when everything else was closed. Great proximity to attractions (nothing was more than 30 minutes away with traffic). We hope to stay here again for our next trip.

Overall the property met our needs. Plenty of room for all of us. The furniture was dated and needed an update or a good cleaning. Same for the carpeting throughout the house. Pool area was fine and the kids enjoyed the pool.

Family Vacation

The property was spacious enough for 18 of us. Everyone could have their own space. The pool was great for relaxing days at the house. We paid for heat but the hot tub was never hot and the pool never felt warm. The house temperature was controlled by the management company and was set at 75. No fans so it was pretty warm with no moving air. It was very close to the parks we visited so that was a big plus. The neighborhood was quiet. Was a good fit for our group and the reason we were in Orlando.

The games room needs updating. Games are outdated and had missing equipment. There was also no broom for the house so I purchased on and left it there for future tenants. Tv system was very confusing. But we ended up figuring it out. Otherwise we had a very nice stay.

We stayed over Christmas and the property was wonderful. We were able to spread out and each family had their own master bedroom with bathroom. The kids rooms were decorated spectacularly, especially the Star wars room. The option of 2 living room areas for TV was so convenient. Plus each bedroom had their own smart TV. The game room has everything to keep pre-teens, teens and adults busy for hours. We paid for pool heat and the pool was perfect even with the unexpected cooler weather that week (50 degrees outside). We were disappointed the hot tub didn't get hotter, seemed to be same temp as pool but with the pool so warm we didn't care. Spacious kitchen and plenty of seating, but not a whole lot of kitchen items/pots and pans, etc but enough to get by. Property manager easy to get a hold of and attentive if needed. Neighbors were a little rowdy at night but mostly full of rentals/people on vacation. Gated community, Close to outlets, shops, Universal, Disney, restaurants, lots to do in the area!

Perfect Vacation Home for Our Family

Size & layout of this home was precisely what our family of 12 needed. Game room was a hit for our grandkids. Pool & patio area for our rest days was perfect. Kitchen, dining area open & roomy. I’d do it all over again! Highly recommend.

Beautiful home

Pro: Game room, very clean, good amenities, nice rooms the beds were comfortable though the two were full and not queen. Cons: overflow parking was far from house. A/c was comfortable during day but at night it was hot. The house needed ceiling fans.
