Nice House

Property was nice and house was large and clean. Only issues were how dirty the pool was and that the trash cans were full when we arrived.

Family Reunion

This home was perfect for our family because it was large enough for all of us to be comfortable. There were activities in the home to entertain all of us from the youngest to the oldest including the game rooms, themed bedrooms, large back yard with pool and hot tub, plenty of lounges and a large covered cabana. In addition, we had full access to the water park with pools, splash pads, lazy river food truck and bar. Everyone from the youngest to the oldest had a wonderful time and they have already suggested that we return for our family reunion next year.

Family vacation

House was nice. Problem with hot tub 4 out of 7 days. We are from Wisconsin. We love the hot tub😜. Slow to no communication on hot tub fixes that they tried. The tub actually lost water the first two days and was a little higher than waist deep. The last days the temperature was hot or bath water range and making sucking sounds. Also, the movie theater had an infestation of palmetto bugs. The kids wouldn’t go in there. That was our last night, someone should probably check in this room. The house was good, the issues were related to maintenance, and ed are thinking cleaning in the theater room. Thanks for the follow up
