Great location near Disney Parks

We had 10 of us on a family trip to Disney. The location was perfect. The kids loved the heated pool and hot tub. With 6 bedrooms there was room for the entire group. Also the kids and adults used the game room. Would rent again if we came back.

Golf trip

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this house. Kate is a great host. Windsor Hills is well located. The house has all the amenities one could want. Great pool and hot tub, lots of TVs amd linens were plentiful

Great location for a stay near Disney Parks. House was big enough for our family and kids enjoyed house pool and community pool. Trash pick up each day was plus since container is small. Game room was fun although pool table was damaged. overall great stay.

Great house in a great location.

When we arrived the house was clean and everything was ready for our stay. Check in was easy. The fact that we had 3 cars and could only park 2 at the house and had to park the third in overflow parking was a bit of a problem but we worked around it. We had a problem with one of the TVs not working but the management company had it fixed in less than a half hour! We would definitely stay here again!

Great House in Great Location

This house exceeded our expectations. We had room for everyone and were in close proximity to Disney. Biggest problem was backup at the entrance gate to the neighborhood every evening.

Great Family House!

The house is a great family rental property. There was plenty of room for the kids and comfortable space for the adults. The gated community where the property is located is just 5 minutes from Disney and is very well maintained. Owner communication was exceptional during the entire rental process which made for a easy and worry free experience. All in all top notch.

Very happy with the home. It was very clean. The best part for us (having a 15 month old) is that there isn’t too much for him to get into, however the home is still decorated nicely. Owner was very responsive to needs and requests.

The place is absolutely perfect and Kate was very attentive. The only issue was the front gate....they are very specific on who can get through those gates and it took an additional call from Kate to allow us in the gate. Other than that it is the perfect place to stay and wish we were there longer! Highly recommend!

Great house for large groups

We spent 2 nights here with friends and it worked out really well. The house is very large so there was plenty of room for all 9 of us. We went to Disney World during our stay and the house is super convenient. With Walmart close by it made it easy to get groceries as well. The community the house is in a safe and secure. Tons of stuff to do with the kids on the property. Definitely recommend this house. Thanks!

Perfect family getaway!

Most important the house was super clean! There was an abundance of towels! Super spacious for our family of 9 with 3 generations. We the pool is private for the vacation setting and the kids loved the community water are with amazing splash pad and slides. Pretty sure we will be back sooner then later. We have rented several vacations homes in central Florida and this was the best yet ! Thank you

This was absolutely the perfect house for our family disney vacation. The house was extremely clean, well laid-out and had every amemity we could ask for. Also dealing with the owners of this house was a pleasure from the time we first inquired until the day we received our security deposit back; I will also note that we have never received a security deposit back so quickly! We will certainly be renting this house again (if available) for our next disney vacation.

Perfect base for exploring Walt Disney World.

Our family could not have been happier with the property. We were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to get to and from the Walt Disney World parks each day. The pool was perfect for cooling off after a hot day at the parks, and the kids loved the game room, too. We took full advantage of the spacious and well equipped kitchen to eat a healthy breakfast each day, and cooked several dinners as well. The property is close to many restaurants and grocery stores, so the location really could not be beat. We found the house to be clean and well maintained and the neighborhood remarkably quiet during our stay.

Wonderful!!

We stayed at this wonderful house during August 2016. As a family of 10 we found that we had plenty of space and the facilities were perfect to unwind in after a hectic day at the parks. The whole house is decorated very tastefully and the beds were very comfortable. The Windsor Hills gated community is very nice (one of the better ones we saw). It is also in a good location not too far from Disney and other parks and really near lots of restaurants. The property owner and the management company were very responsive to any minor queries we had. Overall a fantastic house in a great location, which I would highly recommend!
