Already booked our next stay

We have been staying at the properties owned by Bill and Donna for four years. Every trip is somehow better than the last. The house and pool are in amazing condition and the owners are so responsive to any questions or concerns. We feel lucky to have found this house.

Great Experience

This was the perfect vacation home for our family. We loved the game room and all of the upgrades on the house. It was so nice to have a pool right outside off the deck. Communication with the owners was quick and they addressed all our needs and questions. Can't say enough about the great experience we had. Definitely would love to come back again. Highly Recommend!

Amazing!

House was comfortable, hosts were very responsive to some (very!) minor things, and had great suggestions for restaurants. Ample dishes and silverware. Love the online guidebook. My kids couldn't get enough of the pool and the gameroom. View from the pool was beautiful, we especially loved the White Ibis flock that we saw daily. We've stayed in many houses in this community and this is our favorite.

Amazing place to stay at

We had so much fun staying here the best place that we’ve ever stayed at the amenities are amazing. The game room is amazing and the host are the nicest people. I really enjoyed staying here and will definitely be coming back. Thank you again so much for being so hospitable. Can’t wait to come back.

Windsor Hills Magic

If you are looking for a place near Disney, look no further than Windsor Hills Magic! Our family totally enjoyed every hour of our stay. Beautiful pool, hot tub, fantastic game room and the nearby community pool and water park, all included. No stone unturned with this home! Thanks Bill and Donna, see you next year!

Amazing Home Away From Home

We were attending a wedding in Eustis and wanted to also go to Magic Kingdom. Ages 1 to 72. The location was perfect. Secure easy to enter/exit neighborhood. Owners great communicators. Not one negative. They thought of everything.

Orion Cheer Moms and Daughters

This was a great house for us. It was very close to ESPN where our cheer competition was located. The property owners were in communication whenever we needed them. The house was clean and comfortable like a home away from home. And of course, the kids loved the pool. It was everything we expected looking at the pictures online. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Family Fun Property

When we first arrived, we were shocked how clean and tidy the place was. There wasn’t a spec of dust to be found. All the necessary amenities were there plus extras. Having each bedroom have its down bathroom was also huge for our family. The game room was a huge hit with the kids and kept them busy when we were there. Pool and hot tub were also incredibly clean and tidy. Location was also very close to Disney all other fun attractions. There was also a Walmart less than a mile away for groceries which was super convenient. Communication from host was great, and we never had any issues. Can’t recommend this place more highly. Was the best experience we’ve ever had from a property/host standpoint. If you’re heading down to this area, this place is a must!

We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We go to Disney every January for marathon weekend. We have stayed on Disney property and in many homes at Windsor Hills over the years. This was our favorite place to stay so far. There were eight adults at the house and there was plenty of room for all of us. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The home has two master suites. The pool and hot tub was nice and warm, which is wonderful in January. The hosts had good communication with us so we had no issues. The house is very close to EPCOT and Hollywood Studios.

Absolutely Perfect

This place is truly 10/10. My kids were so impressed with the arcade & pool they were (repeatedly) begging to go back to the house within an hour of their first time being at Magic Kingdom. Adults equally enjoyed the house too. It's perfectly set up, ample amount of bathrooms & tvs, modern kitchen appliances, etc. Beds and linens are very comfortable. I slept better here than I do on most vacations. The place was incredibly clean and there wasn't a trace of any guests before us. I'd recommend this to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to revisit or stay at any of the owners' other properties. Owners/managers are very communicative and helpful. The development itself is great and this house was perfectly located near the entrance, playgrounds and the pool. Walmart & Starbucks less than a mile away, Disney a quick 15 min drive. Couldn't be happier with our decision to stay here.

Windsor Magic - really was magic!

Our stay at Windsor Magic was truly relaxing! The home is very spacious and as there were 5 of us, there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was very clean upon arrival and very well situated in terms of closeness to stores and attractions. The communication with the hosts was excellent and very responsive. Entry instructions to the community is very well managed. Kids and us enjoyed the game room and nights were spent playing pool which is very good. The actual pool and hot tub were very good. We all wished we had more time to enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommend and would definitely consider returning!

Fantastic vacation

We were a multigenerational family. Our ages ranged from 1-67. This house exceeded our expectations in so many ways. It was well equipped for the baby. The pool has a fence around it and a pool alarm on the door. It had themed rooms for the other two kids and 2 masters on the first floor. We even had a bedroom we never used! The pool was amazing. It was always warm. The host always answered our questions promptly. The drive into Epcot was only 13 mins! So easy! Magic Kingdom was easy too. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, WARM pool, clean, wonderful stay!

Our experience at Windsor Magic in Windsor Hills was wonderful! The owners were easy to communicate with, and quick to respond. The house was clean, and spacious, the game room was a hit. The heated pool at the house was AMAZING as we did have a couple of cooler days/evenings and we were all still able to enjoy a swim or soak in the hot tub. It was really nice to have the wide open field area behind the house, without another house/pool backing up to ours so we didn’t feel like we were being watched when we were out back The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The large outside patio table was fantastic and we enjoyed most of our family meals and the beautiful weather out there and not being stuck at home with the low 30’s Indiana was having at the time. The location was great too! Disney as well as food options were both close and easy to access. We definitely recommend Bill & Donna’s property, and would definitley book with them again!

Thanksgiving Visit

We had a great time at Bill & Donna's property. The house was extremely clean and centrally located (very convenient to get to the Disney Parks). Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub (which was very warm and great for the cooler nights!) Our kids enjoyed the game room, too. The property is very quiet with wide open spaces behind the home. We arrived at 5:30 on a Saturday and there was a long line for check-in that night, trying to get through the security gates as an initial guest. However, every other time that we went in and out of the property, we didn't have any issues. Bill & Donna have a very detailed and thorough book of their house and things to do in the area. That was so helpful, too. Definitely recommend shopping at the Super Target that Bill recommended - it had everything!!

Family vacation

Windsor Magic was perfect for our 2 families. The house was very clean when we arrived. Everyone enjoyed the pool and gameroom while we weren't at the parks. Bill and Donna were very responsive to any questions/issues we had. They also provided many suggestions for other things to do in the area. We would stay at this property again if we are ever back in Orlando.

Great location, great info

Close to Disney, large and comfortable house

We enjoyed our stay in this home. The home is large, kid rooms were cute, and our families enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive.
