"I did not have breakfast so can not comment on that, I can however say that the staff (especially Antoine and the gentlemen that picked me up after taking my car to park and when I landed in Buffalo on 3/30 was so kind and very friendly (I wish I had gotten his name but I do know that he loved to fish) all of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly and helpful). I would highly recommend anyone looking for a great hotel rather flying out of Buffalo or vacationing in Buffalo a great place to stay. "

"Couldn’t close the curtains only a sheer cover closed and it was on a ground floor. It was noisy due to other people arguing during the night. It was a great location and they offered a shuttle to the airport!! The restaurant was great."

"PLEASE READ!!!!!!!!Hotel male STAFF WALKED into a room full of teen, preteen girls WITHOUT knocking and yelled at them at 11pm, about a baby crying. Be careful!!!!!! That is NOT OK...we were in the room next to them trying to figure out plans for next day, as there was no room by the waterpark for the birthday party to happen. It is advertised "Have your party here" Hotel is very run down. I called before our visit to confirm the water park was open Fri- Sunday, it was stated to me that it 100% was. I called the day of our visit to see if the arcade took quarters and I was told it did, that they was 2 arcades. Then I was informed that the water park was NOT included in the hotel and it would be extra...we had 6 rooms booked for a child's birthday party. I was also informed that the water park was not open Friday evening. We decided to go anyway since we had 17 kids coming. We got there and it was all downhill from there. Arcades were NOT open at all, all weekend. One person in our party left because she was given a room that had roaches and then a second room with roaches!!! The pull out couches were broken and some rooms did not have them but we were told they would. One room smelled of cat piss and the switched our room to a smaller room with only one bed. Microwave worked in some rooms, water worked in some rooms. Hallways smelled of cat piss, domestic violence was happening in the rooms across from us and staff did NOTHING. Breakfast was NOT even continental breakfast,"

"Breakfast was perfect, breakfast staff are SO nice!! There was a cute breakfast staff male that was so helpful and so cordial! Loved the hotel and pool!! Pool lady was amazing, she even gave us extra time in there! This was our second stay there and we LOVE it!!"

"The blanket and towels were blemished, the desk was wobbly, and there was no hairdryer or toiletries (shampoo or shower gel). Overall, it’s a poorly managed hotel."
